Ms. Maggie Hoo is a core member of the team. She has gathered much experience from different areas of law from her work as an attorney. Ms. Maggie can speak fluent English which enables her to engage in legal work with foreign clients. She specialists in intellectual property law, where she has worked on software infringement, registration of trademarks, patents and intellectual property registration in customs. She has outstanding experience in company and commercial law, including but not limited to, commercial negotiation, contract review/draft and shareholding transfers. She further specialists in labor law. She has also participated in mediation, arbitration and litigation on important commercial cases. She has provided legal service to over 30 companies covering logistics, manufacturing, trading and construction companies.
