Scotts Valley Property Management is a family-owned and operated company located in Scotts Valley at 4615 Scotts Valley Drive. Jeanne Jensen Shada started our business in 1981 as Jensen Property Management. As the company grew, we decided to change the name to reflect its location, thus Scotts Valley Property Management became its new name. We manage and sell residential real estate including apartments, single-family homes, multiple-family homes, apartment buildings and condos. We also manage several commercial buildings in Scotts Valley and Aptos with individual, custom office suites... The company philosophy is "careful management". We provide a personal service to our clients maintaining a professional relationship with all. We take pride in getting to know our clients personally and taking care of their real estate needs. We have an established list of service personnel and vendors, which has come from years of experience in this area.
