Barbara Coates comes from a Pre-Law background and has been working in the health insurance field since 2001.
She has been doing nothing but Health Insurance WITH PASSION ever since.
Carol's primary background is nursing, with degree in Business Administration. She worked in critical care for 31 years. In 2005 she switched to working with a private, non-profit child placement agency as Office Manager, transitioning to Asst. Director, handling all office related issues in addition to working closely with the foster parents, State Dept. of Human Services, County Departments of Human/Social Services & the Dept. of Medicaid. Medical background and working with State & County departments are a plus for working in the insurance field.
