Barbara Deming grew up in Orange County. Prior to her volunteer board work with Strength in Support, Barbara was a CPA specializing in the hotel industry. Most recently, she worked for Hilton Hotels Corporation in the corporate office as Director of Feasibility and Investment Analysis. Barbara has shared her talents with other non profit organizations, including Children's Burn Foundation, Juniors of Social Services and St Paul the Apostle. Strength in Support is important to her because she feels that one of our biggest responsibilities is to give back to those that have served our country, and the entire family of our military has served our country.

Charles (Chuck) Cox is a Los Angeles partner at Alston & Bird LLP in the firm's Securities Litigation Group, where he concentrates his practice on complex business disputes, including securities class actions, derivative litigation, fiduciary duty and other cases resulting from mergers and acquisitions, corporate control disputes and commercial litigation.
Chuck represents clients across many industries, including consumer products, health care, entertainment and technology, as well as financial institutions and professional services firms. He has successfully represented clients across the country in federal and state court proceedings, arbitration and courts of appeal and has extensive trial and arbitration experience. He has been listed as a Southern California Super Lawyer many times, most recently in 2014.
Chuck currently serves as a member of the board of directors for not only Strength in Support, but also for St. Paul the Apostle School Foundation. He previously served as a member of the National Council of the Federal Bar Association and as member of the board of directors of the Disability Rights Legal Center. Prior to earning his law degree in 1992, Chuck served as a naval submarine officer in the Pacific for three years.

Dr. Evan Fewsmith holds both a Masters Degree in Marriage Family and Child Therapy, as well as a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. He is a licensed mental health professional who currently is in private practice in southern California. Dr. Fewsmith has worked with domestic violence shelters, probation camps, drug court, and family mental health clinics. He specializes in depression, anxiety, chemical/alcohol abuse and dependency, adult survivors of abuse and trauma.
Dr. Fewsmith founded Strength In Support as a result of years of being inundated with pro bono work with veterans and their families, who were not receiving any mental health services. Many of these veterans and their families came in secret because of the stigmatization of mental health issues in the military. Most had no means to pay the expense of private therapeutic services. It quickly became apparent that one man in private practice could only do so much good, and that other alternatives were required. After confiding in other colleagues who were experiencing a similar phenomenon, the idea for Strength In Support was born.
The work of a few compassionate clinicians combined with some concerned and caring citizens has now exponentially grown into an entire organization that is developing the ability to serve countless veterans and their families.

Jill Boultinghouse is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), an executive and life coach and a co-founder of Strength in Support. Both her MFT and coaching practices are in Orange County, California. Jill has worked clinically and professionally with veterans and their families for over a decade in her private practices, at the University of Phoenix and at Alton School. She brings all of her education, training and experience to Strength in Support. Jill is utilizing her previous participation in her work with some of Orange County's most successful non-profits, such as Olivecrest, Mariposa Women's Center, Vocational Visions, Special Olympics and Junior League to foster Strength in Support as one of the most accessible and successful mental health centers in southern California. Her vision of success is that each client of Strength in Support finds growth and healing at psychological, physical, emotional and spiritual levels. Her tenaciousness and passion to serve our country's heroic servicemen, servicewomen, and their families has expanded from volunteering clinic time as a therapist to board duties.

Terry Campbell is a freelance writer and blogger. Terry grew up in Southern California and received her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature at UCLA. Her professional background includes Direct Marketing for Marriott Vacation Club International, where she left as Director of Marketing to co-found Teramor Corporation in 2000. Teramor Corporation is a direct marketing services firm specializing in offline traditional programs and online marketing services. During her tenure at Teramor Corporation, Terry worked with Starwood Vacation Ownership to grow and service their direct marketing needs across the United States. Terry most recently co-founded Cashmere Apron, a blog highlighting the creative connection between cooking, entertaining, traveling and discovery.

Ms. Cariello has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is responsible for developing new relationships, and managing existing clients on the bank's platform. The relationships Ms. Cariello oversees are comprised of large business clients, servicing both treasury management and lending needs, as well as high-net-worth families. Her extensive experience in all areas of banking and lending, including commercial, multifamily, and residential, makes her a trusted resource for her clients.
Prior to joining First Foundation in 2008, Ms. Cariello held senior leadership roles with several leading institutions including AVCO Financials Services, Banc One, and GMAC.
In addition to serving as a Board Member for Strength in Support, she has served on committees at JSerra Catholic High School, CASA of Orange County, Goodwill of Orange County, Orange County Catholic Foundation Business and Ethics Conference, and was a member of Orange County United Way's Women Looking Forward. Ms. Cariello also previously served as a Board member and Finance Committee Chair at St. Anne School.
Ms. Cariello studied political science at the University of Miami.
