H. Andrew Fox

MR. FOX HAS OVER 30 YEARS OF DIVERSE AND EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE in the construction industry. Previously he was the Executive Vice President of A.P. Construction Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Ashforth Company, where he was responsible for all project control, estimation, annual budgets, and overall direction of the company. He also oversaw all contractor negotiations and worked closely with owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure the successful completion of construction assignments. Prior to A.P. Mr. Fox served as Vice President of Development for Einstein/Noah Bagel Corporation where he was responsible for the rapid development of over 360 stores in a two-year period. During his career Mr. Fox has been responsible for the successful completion of a variety of projects, including multi-user office buildings, residential golf course developments, luxury retail centers, schools, museums, and sports facilities. Mr. Fox received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University. He is an active member of NACOR, ICSC, and the Urban Land Institute.

MR. JOHNSON WAS THE FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT OF MAD RIVER TRADERS, INC. a manufacturer and marketer of natural sodas, teas, and juice infusions. Distributed in parts of 26 states and four foreign countries, Mad River was an innovation leader in the natural and healthful non-alcoholic beverage category. The Mad River brand was sold to the Coca-Cola Company in May of 2001. Prior to Mad River he held sales and marketing positions at Johnson & Johnson and Pepsi-Cola USA. Over the last twenty years Mr. Johnson has completed a number of unique real estate projects, including the major renovation of a 130-year old Coast Guard station in Biddeford Pool, ME, the renovation and restoration of a historic 1854 building in Greenwich, CT, and the renovation of an iconic 1912 stone cottage in Riverside, CT. Mr. Johnson received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tufts University and a Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
