Barry Sanders

Mr. Sanders has over 30 years of experience, including more than 20 years in leadership and strategy roles involving the delivery of complex industrial, energy, mining, and oil and gas projects throughout the Asia Pacific region. Barry is highly regarded by the industry and his peers and, having held executive positions at GE, John Holland, Thiess, Jacobs and Clough, is known for his exemplary leadership in construction, commissioning and project delivery.

Boyd Willis

Mr. Willis holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Applied Chemistry. Boyd has more than 40 years of process engineering experience, including 31 years in complex hydrometallurgical processes for base metal recovery, including 26 years in nickel laterite ore processing. Boyd has been involved in over 30 laterite nickel projects and his experience spans process development, design and coordination of detailed testing and pilot programs, process modeling and study management from field studies to PFS and DFS. In addition, Boyd has 15 years of experience in plant operations.

Corinne Bufnoir

Ms. Bufnoir is a geological engineer with over 20 years of experience in the nickel industry. Corinne has had a public-private career in areas related to strategy and resource management in lateritic nickel mining operations and has extensive experience in New Caledonia relations and ore supply chain operations. Corinne's most recent position was as a mining advisor to the President of the Government of New Caledonia. Corinne has worked for a range of New Caledonian and international organizations, including as Country Manager for Transamine Trading SA and Queensland Nickel Pty Ltd. Previously, Corinne held senior positions with the New Caledonian Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy and with Goro Nickel New Caledonia.

David Wrench - CEO

David Wrench has more than twenty years experience as a managing director of both private publicly listed companies. He was the founding director of CH4 and responsible for establishing and developing the Moranbah Gas Project. Initiated and completed commercial and joint venture agreements, developed commercial gas production and reserves and financed the project development.

Digby McLeay

Dr Frank Houllis

Dr Houllis is a chemical engineer with over 25 years' experience and is a processing expert with extensive experience in commercialisation of flowsheets. Frank's previous roles included CEO of Magnis Energy Technologies, Director of Imperium 3 Townsville and Project Leader at ANSTO Minerals.

Dr Micke Nilsson

Dr. Micke Nilsson has 20 years of experience in technical development and R&D of chemical engineering separation processes. He has worked on a range of different projects in Europe, USA and Australia including REE separation, chemical treatment of nuclear waste, and lithium separation from brines. His introduction to the Australian mining industry was as principal hydrometallurgist in the Sunrise Ni-Co-Sc project in NSW. He has operational experience as a metallurgist in base metal and gold mining operations.

Dr Sharna Glover

Dr Glover has 25+ years' experience in the Resources sector focusing on Engineering, Technology and People. Sharna holds a first-class double degree in Chemical Engineering & Science and a doctorate in Chemical Engineering. Sharna is co-founder of Imvelo Pty Ltd, a leading technology company, and was recently awarded the Technology Woman in Resources Awards for Queensland and for the past 15 years has held an ambassador role for Opportunity International Australia. Previously, Sharna was BHP Program Director and a key member of business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, business planning, major capital projects, technology commercialisation and Remote Operating Centres.

Dr Stephen Grocott

Dr. Grocott is an accomplished executive in the mining and mineral processing sector with nearly 40 years international experience. Stephen was Chief Technical Development Officer at Clean TeQ Holdings Limited accountable for all technical and process development. He also supported technical marketing, due diligence and project funding for the A$2Billion Sunrise Ni-Co-Sc Project in NSW. Stephen's exposure to EV and battery producers combined with his world-class expertise in process and development for minerals processing and battery chemicals underpins the progress of the company.

Duane Woodbury - CFO

Mr Woodbury has 25+ years' experience in listed equity markets in Australia and overseas with a number of organisations including Macquarie Bank and as CFO to Kingsgate Consolidated Ltd. His most recent role was CFO at Metro Mining Ltd where he successfully procured the funding required to construct the Bauxite Hills Mine and also secured a loan from Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility (NAIF) to fund expansion initiatives. During his career Duane has managed large debt and equity raisings for development and operating companies primarily in the resources sector.

Eddie King

Mr King holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Engineering (Mining Systems) from the University of Western Australia. Eddies past experience includes being Manager for an investment banking firm, where he specialised in the technical and financial analysis of bulk commodity and other resource projects for investment and acquisition. Currently, Eddie is a representative of CPS Capital Group where he provides corporate advisory and capital raising services for a number of ASX listed companies. Eddie is also, currently, on the Board of Ragnar Metals (ASX:RAD). Eastern Resources Limited (ASX:EEE), M3 Mining Limited (ASX:M3M), Rubix Resources Limited (ASX:RB6) and Noble Helium Limited (ASX:NHE)

Graham Reynolds - COO

Graham began his career with BHP and is a Chartered Professional of the Australian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy with postgraduate qualifications in extractive metallurgy and environmental chemistry. Graham has worked in Australia and overseas in a variety of commodities in operational and development roles including Operations Manager, Technical Manager, Business Improvement Manager and Capital Manager.

Jim Simpson

Jim has over 30 years mining industry experience and holds a Bachelor of Engineering Mining (Hons) from University of NSW and a Diploma of Business (Frontline Management) and is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

John Abbott AM

He is also Deputy Chair of Regional Development Australia and a Director of the Central Queensland Hospital & Health Services. Previously, John was Fluor Global Services Asia Pacific Regional Director and an Executive Director of six subsidiary companies, across different industries, industrial and operational environments. John was on Fluor Australia Board for 8 years.

John Downie

John has been extensively involved in lateritic nickel mining and processing, having previously been Director of Mines for Vale's Goro operations in New Caledonia, CEO of Gladstone Pacific Nickel and Director of Projects at Queensland Nickel. Previously, John held senior roles with Barrack Mines NL, Alcoa of Australia Ltd and Boral Resources Ltd.

John Khoo

Mr. Khoo has 15 years of experience in the resources sector, where he has held various financial and commercial positions. John has extensive experience in project feasibility, mergers and acquisitions, project financing, business negotiations and product procurement. Most recently, John worked for Metro Mining Limited where he was closely involved in the feasibility, construction and operation of the Bauxite Hills mine. John has assisted QPM since 2016, facilitating its listing on the ASX and playing a key role in securing LG Energy Solutions and POSCO as shareholders and lessees.

Sam Spencer - CTO

Sam has also been involved in the development of the EV industry and battery producers.
