THE FALLS HOME

The Falls Home is a New York state nursing home providing professional and dedicated care to senior citizens across central NY since 1973... It is our goal to provide our community with a professional, caring dedicated staff, respecting the dignity and individuality of those we serve while at the same time enriching the quality of their lives. The Assisted Living Program (ALP) is an 89-bed facility which is licensed by the NYS Department of Health. The ALP is an entity established and operated for the purpose of providing long- or short-term residential care, room, board, supervision, while providing personal care services for individuals who might otherwise require skilled nursing services.
