TNG was formed in 2001 by Chip Callegari and David Wright who have both worked in the Texas water industry for the majorities of their lives after their families became prominent leaders in the water industry... TNG Utility offers a live voice upon answering customer calls and offers a professional and courteous response to customer concerns and inquiries. We also offer multiple electronic payment options and services for our districts to choose for their customers to conveniently pay water bills... TNG works hard to cater to the individual needs of each district and is able to uphold policies and procedures as they apply to each district versus every district falling into a companywide policy or procedure.
