Ann West was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1988. After graduation from law school, Ann West's work in the legal profession included positions as Law Clerk for the Honorable Paul R. Zavarella, then President Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and as Law Clerk for the Honorable Peter O. Steege of the Court of Common Pleas of Beaver County, Pennsylvania. As a Law Clerk, Ann had invaluable experience from the perspective of the judicial system and the Court and was the beneficiary of mentoring by two highly respected members of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania judiciary. Estate Planning and Administration: Ann Zuberbuhler West's listening and communication skills, and her sensitivity to the unique situations of each of her clients best suit her in the area of Estate Planning. She is especially attentive to the legal needs of the firm's elderly clients. Ann West is a 1988 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctor Degree. At graduation, she was the recipient of the Esther R. Teplitz Award for outstanding academic achievement in the area of Health Law. Prior to obtaining her law degree from Pitt, Ann obtained a Master of Divinity Degree at Princeton Theological Seminary, Princeton, New Jersey and her Bachelor of Arts Degree from The College of Wooster, Wooster, Ohio. She is a graduate of Blackhawk High School, Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. Ann is married and she and her husband Jay West have three children. She is active in the Presbyterian Church, where she has served as a Deacon and Trustee. Her interests include reading, gardening, and cooking. BIO Ann West is a lifetime resident of Western Pennsylvania. She obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1988 and obtained her license to practice law in that same year. She was awarded the School of Law's Esther R. He is a graduate of Washington and Jefferson College and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and is an armed services veteran who served in the 2nd Armored Division of the United States Army. On February 1, 2017, Henry W. ("Pete") Fulton., Jr., became Of Counsel to West & Zuberbuhler, P.C. Jay West has been a resident of Greater Pittsburgh since 1984. After graduation from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, he obtained his license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1988 and was also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Jay has extensive experience representing clients in hearings, trials and litigation and advises individuals, businesses, and organizations in a variety of legal matters.
