Mark is a Chartered Surveyor and qualified in 1987 after studying an RICS Diploma at The Royal Agricultural College and working for Neates (now Carter Jonas) during his probationary period. He then worked for Herring Son & Daw and Savills in London in the City leasing & Development Consultancy teams. Mark founded Litton Properties which began trading in 1995.
He completed a Diploma in Portfolio management through the College of Estate management in 1992.
Mark's experience includes asset management, estate management development and planning matters particularly in the food store sector.
