Courtney Hendrickson

Courtney has been working with children and adults with autism spectrum disorder and related disorders since 2009. She has provided services in a variety of settings, including self-contained classrooms, resource rooms, daycare facilities, summer camps, before-care and after-care school programs, preschools, home-based programs, and in clinics. She earned her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Ferris State University. She furthered her education by obtaining her Master of Arts in Teaching Students with Autism Spectrum Disorders at Madonna University & her graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology. Courtney began her career in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2013 working as a behavior technician and became a clinical supervisor for home-based programs in 2017. She earned her BCBA credential in 2020.

Hallie Nerge

Hallie completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Kalamazoo College. Hallie received her Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction (Applied Behavior Analysis) at Arizona State University. She began working in ABA therapy as a Behavior Technician at Spectrum in 2016. She has experience with both in home and center based therapy. She has been practicing as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2018.

Hannah Glanda

Hannah received her undergraduate degree in Brain, Behavior and Cognitive Science (BBCS) and Spanish at the University of Michigan. She later went on to earn her Masters of Education from Arizona State University in Curriculum and Instruction (Applied Behavior Analysis). She began her career in ABA therapy in 2013, as a behavior technician at Spectrum Therapy Center. After moving to Austin, Texas in 2015, Hannah continued her work in behavioral therapy at First Leap Pediatric Therapy. She returned to Ann Arbor, Michigan and Spectrum Therapy Center in late-2016, and has been practicing as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2017. In 2021 Hannah completed training to become an instructor in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI).

Jena Jenkins

Jena earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Eastern Michigan University. She received her Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction (Applied Behavior Analysis) at Arizona State University. She began working in ABA therapy as a behavior technician at Spectrum Therapy Center in 2015. She has been practicing as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2018.

Julie Wilson

​Julie received her undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders at Michigan State University and her Masters of Natural Science in Speech-Language Pathology. She has also practiced as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2009.

LeeAnn Mayer

LeeAnn received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan Flint. She later went on to earn her Master's of Science from Capella University in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. She began her career in ABA therapy in 2019, as a behavior technician at Spectrum Therapy Center. After passing her boards, LeeAnn moved to Augusta, Georgia to take a position at an autism clinic before returning to Ann Arbor, Michigan and Spectrum Therapy Center. LeeAnn has been practicing as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2021.

Mary Burke

Mary completed her undergraduate degree in Speech and Language Pathology at Marquette University, and received her Master's Degree from Eastern Michigan University in 1999. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2006.

Meadow Snyder-O'Brien

Meadow has earned a liberal arts undergraduate degree from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Michigan; a Master's Degree in education with an emphasis in behavior analysis from Arizona State University; and her board certification as a behavior analyst. Meadow has worked with nuerodiverse children for more than 15 years. She worked in home ABA programs for 8 years as a program manager, in the Ann Arbor Public Schools as a paraprofessional in self-contained classrooms for 7 years, and in the private clinic environment as a senior behavior technician for 5 years. Over the past 15 years, Meadow has worked with children from Kindergarten through 7th grade across the spectrum working on academic, language, independence, play, and social skills; implementation of communication systems; and teaching children alternative behaviors to replace challenging behaviors. Meadow's current areas of focus are social skills instruction, caregiver and staff training, and working with an individual's family to help create environments and routines that help children better reach their full potential.
