Bobby Creason was named Chief Executive Officer of United Site Services in October 2024, after joining the company in 2021 as Vice President, West Region, and serving as Chief Administrative Officer since 2023. Prior to United Site Services, Bobby was President and CEO of a prominent Case/IH dealership, where he demonstrated his expertise in driving growth and managing complex operations. He also co-founded a Volvo Rents franchise, further showcasing his extensive industry knowledge.
Bobby's leadership is deeply rooted in fostering a positive culture and prioritizing employee engagement, shaped by his early experiences at a renowned construction company recognized by Forbes as one of the best places to work. With over 25 years of experience in retail, construction, and equipment rental, he has excelled in various roles across fleet management, procurement, finance, operations, and sales.
I wanted to change my life; I found a lot of love here and I give it back. I've learned a lot of new and different things, like how to clean a porta-potty. Over time, I've learned from others how to do it better, faster and more efficiently - and I love to share those lessons with others.

Christine Della Rocca joined United Site Services in 2024 as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to joining the company, Christine spent more than 20 years providing strategic human resources guidance to senior leaders. Her experience spans industries, including healthcare, long-term care, logistics, supply chain, warehousing, telecommunications and restoration and remediation services.
Christine is a results-oriented, proactive HR Leader who applies a sensible approach in developing an organization's ability to achieve objectives and provides HR counsel to other managers and meets aggressive organizational goals.

David Egure began his career at United Site Services in 2019 as Vice President, Operations. He was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations Excellence and in 2024 was named Senior Vice President, West Region. Prior to joining United Site Services, David had a remarkable 22-year tenure at FedEx, where he held various leadership roles while enhancing logistics, creating efficiencies and driving revenue growth.
David is adept at understanding business needs in today's global economy and consistently adds value through innovative concepts and best practices. He's a leader who has initiated large-scale operation optimizations while increasing revenue and delivering world-class customer experience.
One of things I enjoy most about working at USS is the support and teamwork. Even when things get hectic, we always pull together as a team and help out where possible. Shortly after being hired, I was offered a more challenging role and received full support in my transition, this opportunity has really accelerated my growth both on a personal level as well as a professional level.
John joined United Site Services in 2023 as Chief Financial Officer. He previously served as CFO for Husky Injection Molding Systems. John brings more than 25 years of experience in finance, accounting and transportation, logistics, having held finance leadership roles at BlueLine Rental, Ozburn-Hessey Logistics, UPS and was a public company CFO for Pacer International.
John is an executive that's passionate about finance and operations who excels at guiding organizations through financial reporting, restructuring, strategic planning, change management and instituting better financial controls.

Marek Crabbs joined United Site Services in 2025 as Senior Vice President, Commercial. Prior to joining the company, Marek spent more than 15 years leading and engaging large sales organizations while delivering revenue results. Most recently he led the Republic Services Environmental Services sales organization, integrating multiple acquisitions, developing a consistent sales strategy and driving multi-year, double digit revenue and EBITDA growth.
Marek, a seasoned leader, is focused on improving customer loyalty and sales engagement. His extensive experience in sales strategy has driven successful business outcomes and by combining his strategic vision with hands-on execution, he has ensured consistent sales growth.
