Ardith is the founder of AAM Search, a boutique retained executive search firm specializing in education. In her nineteenth year as a recruiter, Ardith worked previously at Ligature Partners and Boston Search Group, where she focused on the K-12 and post-secondary education sectors as well as early childhood education and professional development/ licensure. Ardith has recruited across functional areas at the director and VP level and above; has been retained by private sector, non-profit, and government clients; and has worked with both start-ups and conglomerates. Before that, Ardith was a partner at Whitehead Mann Group, working on technology searches and handling their executive assessment practice in the US. Prior to executive search, Ardith managed her own consulting business for ten years, working with clients in Boston, New York, and London on recruitment strategies, organizational and executive development, and team dynamics. Early in her career, she worked at Pepsi in strategic planning and for Genex Corporation, a pioneer biotechnology start-up, in marketing communications and public affairs. Ardith received her M.B.A. from Harvard University and B.A. from the College of William and Mary.

Heidi is founding researcher at AAM Search. She previously worked at Boston Search Group as a researcher and peer trainer, focused on searches in education and technology. Heidi has also worked as Service Coordinator at the Department of Children and Families Lead Agency and as a nanny.
