The AATC was founded in 2015 as the first professional body for quality-oriented language service providers in Austria with the aim of increasing awareness of the broad spectrum of translation services. Our focus is on raising awareness of the importance of complying with quality standards in the industry. These are based on the internationally valid ISO standard 17100 for language services. ISO 17100 defines the minimum standards in terms of skills, the availability and use of resources for the provision of high-quality language services...
