Bill Jacobson

With the addition of Dave Eisner to the Abilita team, we offer a wide-range of IT consulting services including helpdesk support, server management, firewall administration and security-as-a-service. Dave has more than 30 years of experience in IT, beginning with assembly and configuration and quickly moving on to troubleshooting and repair before ultimately managing IT departments, overseeing helpdesk teams, and providing IT system configuration consulting.

Chris Gehan

Chris joined Abilita in July 2021 as General Manager based in Kitchener Ontario. He comes to us with a long background in banking and financial services in Canada and Bermuda where he held high level senior management responsibilities across branch management, internal audit, project management, operations, corporate services and human resources. He is active as an athlete, and is a coach and field official for youth and adult sports and is co-chair of a large community charitable foundation in his region of Ontario.

Nermine Shaker

Nermine Shaker has established the LA office as a leader in Abilita's nation-wide network of telecommunications experts. Our focus is on delivering business solutions with bottom line results - real, measurable savings of time and money. Nermine has a Masters of Science degree in Telecommunications Management from Golden Gate University in addition to her degrees in Economics, Business, and Data Communications. With over thirty years of experience in planning, implementing, managing and consulting on telecommunications projects, she has generated millions of dollars worth of savings.

Paul Anker

Paul Anker offers over thirty-five years of telecommunications expertise, all of which have been spent in the areas of Consulting and Technical Sales. His responsibilities have included assisting clients in evaluating their communications needs, develop long-term communications strategies and procure various telecommunications services and systems. Mr. Anker managed the Telecommunications Consulting practice at a regional accounting & consulting firm where he prepared and evaluated bid specifications for voice and data solutions at school systems, cities, a county, colleges and private industry. He coordinated installations of various multi-site clients, including telecommunications system contract negotiation, network evaluation and implementation. He has conducted billing audits of telecommunications bills that have resulted in significant one-time and annual savings. In addition, he has significant experience with Contact Center and Enterprise VoIP solutions including multimedia queuing, speech-enabled IVR, outbound predictive dialing, workforce management, quality monitoring & recording and Unified Communications. Paul has a bachelor's degree in Business and Psychology from Hope College and an MBA in Marketing from The University of Michigan.
