ADK Company Pvt. Ltd., the first of the Group's companies was registered in March 1988. However ADK Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., the flagship company of the Group was registered in November 1998. ADK Pharmacy No.1, the first of the ADK pharmacies that now form an important part of the Group's business was opened in March 1990. ADK Travels Pvt Ltd. and ADK Trade and Shipping Pvt. Ltd. are the newest additions to the Group.
