I have been part of the AMGOC family for almost six years, starting out as a Shingler and quickly progressing to Crew Leader, and then Service Technician. Today I am Production Manager, responsible for the field management of all Collingwood projects, where I am pleased to be using my technical background to bring our teams and customers years of sound field knowledge and customer service experience.
When I'm not at work, I love spending time with my family and friends.

My working passion was found in the construction industry at a young age. I worked from the bottom up and advanced to the very top. Working with the tools of the trade and gaining valuable knowledge through various certification courses, I am confident that I am able to give our customers the type of service they desire.

AM Roofing Solutions has been my home since 2010. I started as an Aluminum Fabricator and throughout my advancement in the company, I have had my hands in every aspect of the roofing world.
With my extensive knowledge of the construction industry and 10 years in the business, I strive to share my knowledge and expertise with consumers to ensure their job is not only done right but exceeds their expectations.
My keen eye for detail and determination carries over into my hobby of being a driver in competitive auto racing in Ontario.
I have worked in the construction industry for over 20 years in various office related duties. My main objective at AM Roofing is to make sure you have the best customer service during your experience with us. I am happy to help you along the way by answering any questions and finding the best "Solution" to any inquiries from your initial phone call to the completion of your project.
In my personal life, I have the joy of spending time with my husband of 23 years and our two amazing children. I was very much involved with many activities at my childrens' elementary school; from organizing fund raisers, being the PTA Treasurer and School Council Chairperson, to taking the lead on getting a breakfast program up and running. Even though my children have left the school, I still enjoy volunteering my time there.

My name is Cornelius Jansen and I have a background in education, having qualified as a teacher and having taught ESL in Taiwan for 8 years. This experience has helped me to develop strong communication and problem-solving skills, which I bring to my role at AM Group of Companies. In addition to my education background, I have also gained experience in the home renovations industry, specifically in metal roofing, eavestrough, and siding installation. This gives me a well-rounded understanding of the construction industry and allows me to give expert advice to our customers. When I'm not working, I enjoy running and going to the beach, as well as spending time with my family. I've been working in the roofing industry for over seven years now. While working as a roofer I attained my diploma in Liberal Studies and my degree in Psychology.
AM Roofing, and the fantastic crew I worked on, accommodated my busy student schedule and let me work as much as possible while I obtained my undergraduate degree.
Initially I was going to work in a different field, but I really enjoyed the culture at AM, and what the company stood for, and so I took the opportunity to become a Solutions Consultant and have thoroughly enjoyed it since.
With my strong academic background and my seasoned roofing career, being a Solutions Consultant was a natural choice. I spent a great deal of time studying Social Psychology and Attitude Change and believe in ethical and honest sales practice, and put this belief into action during all of my appointments.
I am also a proud father and happily married, and am fortunate enough to be aligned with a company that cares about my families wellbeing.

I've been involved in the construction industry since graduating high school, and have run my own insulation business, which I started in an effort to have the flexibility to spend more time with my family. I quickly discovered that being the business owner, accountant, installer, salesperson, and mechanic, actually left me with less time for my family than when I worked 50+ hours a week. Working with AMGOC allows me to have a flexible schedule while doing the things I most enjoyed when I owned my own business - sitting down with homeowners and discussing/educating them on how the attic and roof system work together. I am married have two beautiful kids.
I moved to Owen Sound located in Grey County from Toronto. I have worked in the accounting field my whole career. Which includes construction. I am extremely pleased to join the AM Roofing Solutions team. I am always available to assist with your roofing solutions.
My name is Jeff Wilcox I am the General Manager for London.
I have a beautiful wife Tonya and 2 young boys, Troy and Deon who keep me busy and sharp!!
I started roofing over a decade ago after learning the trade I quickly found my calling in the roofing world. By developing great customer service and strong relationships with our suppliers it was an easy transition into Production Management. There I am responsible for the scheduling and execution of the entire installment process for each individual project.
I currently reside in the Owen Sound area with my amazing wife and two great kids. I have been in the roofing industry since I was 14 years old during summers and on weekends.
I started with AM Roofing Solutions in 2009 and was amazed by the company and how they respected both employees and customers. By 2012 I was made foreman and thrived on the responsibility of keeping up on quality control. It also gave me the opportunity to interact more with our customers, which is why I was thrilled when I was asked to join the AM Roofing Solutions sales team!

I'm happy to say that I joined the AMGOC family in 2020. After spending a significant portion of my adult life overseas, I came back to reconnect with my family and started looking at grounding myself and really building a career. AM has helped me do that, and with the help of my coworkers (and of course, my wonderful customers!) I am happy to say that I now have a positive career focus for the long term. I have been in the roofing industry for over 30 years and have had the great opportunity to become the top Consultant for AM Roofing. I am pleased to educate my customers to be value driven and not price driven. I have been married for 28 years and am the proud father of two awesome children. Both my wife and I are members of Creekside Church and volunteer at the Ray of Hope in Kitchener. My hobbies include woodworking and re-finishing Waterloo County Primitive furniture and going to auctions. I am proud to work for an organization that cares about its customers.

My passion for construction began when I was 16 years old working in agricultural construction, and by 18, I became a Jobsite Foreman. For more than 12 years, I ran my own home renovations business, with a focus on siding, roofing and windows. I spent four years as project manager for a prominent custom home builder, with projects in my portfolio ranging from $600,000 to $2 million.
I also hold a Developmental Services Worker diploma from Fanshawe College. During my time off, I train for crossfit daily and enjoy competing in individual and team competitions. I have a young daughter who shares in my passion for crossfit.
I attended Fanshawe college before beginning my job here at AM. I have a cat named Gus. I love to travel when possible. I really enjoy working for AM because our team feels like a big family and the job gives me flexibility and allows me to be creative.
