Ashlin is enrolled at Texas A & M Kingsville where she is majoring in animal science pre-vet.
She is pursuing a career to become a veterinarian.
Cindy is our full time groomer. She has been at AMC since 1999. She enjoys spending time with her husband Joey and their son. You can find her cheering for her son at his baseball and basketball games!

Dani Garcia has been a vet technician here since August 2004. She is originally from San Antonio. Dani moved to Kingsville and acquired her Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science from TAMUK. Dani likes to spend her free time playing softball and working out. She also enjoys spending time with her family and her cats..
Debbie has been at Animal Medical Clinic since November 2007 and in July 2020 she became the Hospital Manager. She and her husband Jorge have 2 sons, Henry & Anthony, and 4 grandsons. (Henry works with us, along with his wife Samantha). Debbie's hobbies include spending time with her family, collecting antique furniture, reading, and shopping.
Dr. Jimenez was born and raised in Kingsville, Texas where she attended TAMUK for a bachelor's degree in Animal Science. She pursued her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at LSU. Dr. Jimenez enjoys working with large and small animals. She loves to spend her spare time outdoors with her husband and their many animals.
Dr. Christine Mesecher grew up in Richmond, Texas. She attended Texas A&M University for her Bachelor's degree in Animal Science and Master's degree in Equine Reproduction. She pursued her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Mississippi State University. In her free time, Dr. Mesecher enjoys hiking, fishing, going to the beach, and playing with her pets.
Dr. Jerry Underbrink was born and raised in South Texas. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1974. Following graduation, he completed an internship at Univ. of California, at Davis Veterinary Medicine Teaching Hospital in 1975. Dr. Underbrink opened the Animal Medical Clinic practice at this same location in 1977. He treats companion animals, exotics, equine, bovine, and other farm animals. He is married to his lovely wife Carolyn, and they have 3 children and 5 grandsons & 2 granddaughters.
Congratulations to Dr. Underbrink for being awarded the 2011 Texas General Practitioner of the Year from the Texas Veterinary Medical Association!

Halie is a dog mom of 2 and cat mom of 2 as well, she loves her fur babies. Halie want to further her education in the animal field by getting her masters and veterinary school. She loves all animal from reptiles, livestock and wildlife, and want to contribute to preserving all species.
Henry is our bather. He started at the clinic in March of 2008 as a kennel attendant. In 2012 he became the AMC bather. Henry hobbies are hunting, fishing, sports and working out. Henry enjoys spending his time with his son and wife.

Jacquelyn is currently attending Texas A & M Kingsville. She is pursuing a career as a veterinary technician and is majoring in Animal Science. Jacquelyn loves to spend time with her family. She loves to color and take care of her house pets.
Jeff is an aspiring veterinarian and has worked in the field for a little over 6 years. He plans to go to vet school and run his own practice someday. He enjoys being outdoors, practicing guitar, and being with friends in his spare time.
Jenna is from San Antonio and moved to our area in 2020 to attend Texas A & M University Kingsville, where she majors in Pre-Vet. She is hoping to work with a rescue group or with behavioral pets after graduating. Jenna like to relax at home in her spare time. She has two cats and one blue heeler mix.

Jessica is from a small town in California. She and her son moved to Kingsville in 2016. Jessica loves animals and has plenty of her own, including cats, dogs, and chickens. In her spare time, she loves to travel, read, and spend time with her family/friends and animals.

Julia is an animal lover and lifelong pet owner. Throughout her life, Julia has cared for gerbils, cats, dogs, and guinea pigs. Julia has a degree in psychology and loves to work with both people and animals. Julia's cat's name is Charlie, which she loves dearly.

Kimberly grew up in Benavides, Texas. She is currently attending Texas A&M University. Kimberly has two daughters and a boxer named Gunner. Kimberly loves helping with animals and enjoys caring for them. Kimberly is currently majoring in Kinesiology but is looking forward to change to an animal science major.
Patricia Cumberland is our bookkeeper. She has been with AMC since 1985. Patricia was born in Kleberg Co. and has lived here all her life. She attended Riviera High School and graduated from Texas A&I University. She currently has no pets, but she loves to feed the birds at her house. Patricia is an active member of St Gertrude Catholic Church. She is married to her wonderful husband, Allan, since 1967. They have 2 children and 5 grandchildren. Patricia's hobbies include: bird watching, baking, visiting grandchildren and volunteering around the community and at church.

Sam started with working at AMC as a kennel attendant in 2006, she moved to be a customer server representative in 2008. In January of 2014, she became a team leader as Lead CSR in April of 2020 she became our Inventory Manager along with her Lead CSR role. Samantha has 2 dogs; 'Sookie' an old gal that likes to sun bathe & ‘Cronin' who loves to retrieve, she also has a crazy cat named Tommy Girl! She believes everyday is a new day & is blessed to be able to spend it with her son and husband.
Selina is from Kingsville, she graduated from Riviera High School. She has a dog named Blue. She loves spending her spare time with family. Selina is continuing her education to one day become an art teacher. Selina loves animals and was excited to start her journey here at Animal Medical Clinic in 2022.

Shelly joined our AMC family in July of 2019. Shelly graduated from Riviera High School and went on to receive an Associates Degree in Human and Social Services. Shelly is a mother of four children and four fur babies. Shelly and her husband breed American Bullies. In her spare time, she loves having game nights with friends and family and watching her children play sports.

Yessenia is originally from Mission and came to Kingsville to study Animal Science. Yessenia graduated from the Vet tech program in 2019 and is now a Licensed Veterinary Technician. Yessenia joined our AMC family in 2016 as a kennel attendant and is currently an LVT in our technician department. She loves her job and all the furry friends she gets to work with each day.
