Applied Organization Dynamics (AOD) was founded in 1992 to support organizations and their members as they deal with a rapidly changing global environment. During its history, AOD has provided professional services in the areas of Industrial and Organizational Psychology to a wide range of industries and companies, in cultures across the globe. AOD's reason for being is to facilitate "Working Well Together" in any context where working well together adds value to the organization's purpose and its stakeholders' aspirations.
