Dr. Abagail Watkins

Dr. Abigail Watkins received her Veterinary degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2016 with a clinical year completed at Auburn. Passions in veterinary medicine include surgery, internal medicine and client communication. Since graduation, Dr. Watkins has worked in small animal general practice and ER. While Dr. Watkins has always loved all animals, she has a special bond with feline patients.

Dr. Janette Allgeier

Dr. Allgeier received her veterinary medicine degree at the University of Glasgow in Scotland. Following graduation she spent six months in India volunteering as the sole veterinarian at a rural clinic, providing care to feral dogs and cats, village livestock, and street monkeys. Dr. Allgeier has experience in emergency medicine, spay/neuter surgery, and general practice with a focus in Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine. She takes an integrative approach to your pet's health care and is certified in veterinary acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine from Chi University. She is passionate about geriatric and palliative care. When not practicing veterinary medicine, Dr. Allgeier can be found honing her martial arts skills, particularly Brazilian Ju-Jitsu, spending time with her family, and being in nature. She lives with two cats and a Chihuahua mix." ** Dr. Allgeier is the only Veterinarian in our area who is actually certified in both Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine.

Dr. Sally Dry

Dr. Sally Dry grew up in Nairobi, Kenya surrounded by wildlife. This is where her fascination and love of animals began. She received her Bachelor of Science at Virginia Tech in Wildlife Science. She then went onto St George's University, West Indies for vet school and completed her clinical year at Louisiana State University. Soon after graduating from vet school, she returned home to Nairobi. While there she volunteered at a small animal clinic and a low cost/free spay and neuter mobile clinic serving stray dogs and cats. Her current interests include shelter medicine, dermatology, and surgery. She lives in Asheville, NC with her fiancé and Golden Retriever. In her spare time, she enjoys doing Cross-Fit, hiking, learning Swahili and Arabic, and is also an avid soccer fan.
