Appointed Acting General Manager at Women & Leadership Australia in 2024, Megan Ibrahim is an accomplished leader with significant experience across human resources, operations management and team development. Meg brings a deep understanding of the organisation's strategic and operational priorities, having held a number of key positions within Women & Leadership Australia over nearly 10 years, most recently as Director of Operations. Meg has a wealth of experience in the non-accredited training space having previously led the Resourcing, Learning Design, Participant Support, Multimedia and Associate Faculty teams within Women & Leadership Australia. She has a proven track record of leadership in developing and delivering on strategy, managing client relationships, and overseeing teaching excellence. Meg is committed to continuous improvement across all aspects of the organisation's operations, with a focus on optimising the experience for participants, fostering a positive and high performing team culture, and driving innovation, excellence, and inclusivity across the organisation. Meg holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Employee Relations and Human Resource Management, and has completed Women & Leadership Australia's Advanced Leadership Program.
