Darrin Keaton

Darrin was born in Cedar City, Utah and attended high school at Woodbridge Senior High School in Virginia. He graduated summa cum laude from Kennesaw State University with a degree in history in 1994; he then attended Law School at the University of Southern California where he received his Juris Doctor in 1997. He started his professional career as a political consultant in 1992, then in 1998 he decided to focus on practicing law. He is admitted to practice in all Georgia Courts and has been admitted to federal practice in the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the Eastern District of Tennessee and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Cobb County Bar Association, the Paulding County Bar Association, the National Association of Drug Court Professionals, the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and the State Bar of Georgia Pro Bono Project 2004-2009. He has served as Public Defender for the City of Dallas and Solicitor for the City of Hiram. He is an avid soccer fan and Manchester United FC fanatic. He likes to play poker, travel, read and play the drums.
