As one of our National Account Managers, Marsha is responsible for promoting Avenue365 to potential new customers, as well as supporting and further developing our existing clients.
Marsha's background is very diverse, ranging from title sales, a successful mortgage insurance career with both PMI and United Guaranty, and owning a mortgage origination and a document preparation company simultaneously. Her vast and multi-faceted experience enables her to see each transaction from several angles.
Marsha and her husband are avid boaters, and enjoy their free time cruising the Chesapeake Bay and Eastern Seaboard. Always along for the ride are their two adorable shelties, Drayton and Crewe.
Nicholas DeSumma is the VP of Title Operations. He has more than 20 years of default servicing experience. Nick oversees various facets of the title operation, which includes but is not limited to, pipeline management, client relations, vendor oversight, and process improvement. Nick strives to maintain a customer-centric business model with core focus on continuous improvement and expansion of existing client partnerships. He resides in Abington, PA, with his wife, Marisa, & their two children, Madelyn & Braden. Their favorite activities include beach trips, sports, & entertaining friends by the fire pit.

Randi brings over 15 years of management experience and knowledge in the title insurance industry to Avenue 365. Randi has previously held positions overseeing all areas of conveyancing, closing, and escrow accounting for both residential and commercial properties including relocations, short sales, and foreclosures. She is relied upon for her skills in marketing, business development, and maintaining excellent relationships with customers.
In her role as Director of Title and Closing Services at Avenue, Randi oversees our operations from Order Entry through the Closing stage for all residential and commercial refinances and purchases and will continue to develop new client relationships.
Randi has 3 children and lives in Doylestown, PA where she enjoys spending time working on her historic home. She just received her scuba diving certification and is looking forward to diving.

Shawnna Sorenson brings over 10 years of title experience to Avenue 365. She joined the Avenue 365 team as the Post-Closing Team Lead, overseeing the team of employees that handle the recording and post-closing process. Recently, Shawnna stepped into the role of Director of Post-Closing which now includes the Funding and Title Policy team as well. In this new position, Shawnna is working to streamline the process all the way from settlement to recording.
Growing up in Indiana, Shawnna excelled at softball, earning an All-American status in high school and continuing her success in college. While in college, Shawnna realized that she wanted to see the country and travel. Shawnna lived in Denver, Colorado and Sacramento, California before settling in Pennsylvania. She still enjoys traveling and hopes to see all 50 states and as much of the world as possible. Shawnna is recently married and lives with her family, including her labradoodle, Gideon, in the Philadelphia area.
