Derek has worked for a number of large contractors on some very high profile and high value projects. With over 30 years' experience in the construction industry he has the skills and experience to assist major contractors at the highest level providing services, including Principal Design Consultant (CDM), on large projects in excess of £500m.

George is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, he also holds a NEBOSH Environmental Management Diploma. As well as his Qualifications, George has over 10 years of consultancy experience as a Health & Safety professional. He provides H&S advice to a range of clients mostly in the construction industry but also covers clients who operate in agriculture, forestry and other areas. George is also an experienced Principal Design Consultant (CDM).
George has good interpersonal skills and communicates well with client staff at all levels. He is robust in his approach to Health & Safety on sites but this is balanced with a desire to support and advise the client to allow them to reach a practical solution which complies with relevant legislation and promotes good H&S practice. George has worked as the Health & Safety consultant on a project to transform a former Woolworth store into council offices; the refurbishment and new builds of 4 schools; deforestation project at a wind farm in Perthshire; and many other new build and refurbishment projects throughout Scotland.

Jason has over 20 years consultancy experience working within the petrochemical, site development, demolition and construction industries within Western Europe and Australia. He is degree qualified in Risk Management and qualified to full CMIOSH level. He has a wealth of experience within the hazardous industries and has covered construction project safety for a range of sectors including nuclear, rail, utilities, petroleum, manufacturing, industrial, education and house building. Jason takes a practical approach to site safety issues and his sound working knowledge ensures that the safety message gets through to staff at all levels.
Phil has a huge amount of experience gained within production and engineering environments and has worked worldwide helping companies implement, develop and then refine their safety management systems. He has completed implementation of ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO9001 and also FSC/FEPC management systems with his current tally nearing 200 successful projects. He is also a Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner.
In addition he is a capable Health, Safety, Environmental and Process Safety Auditor and also a skilled Occupational Hygienist and Noise Assessor. Other qualities include his mentoring abilities and implementation of robust procedures to support businesses where they require a particular focus on specific areas of their HS&E management controls.

Philip has vast experience in industry with a broad spread of skills, from the management of safety within large organisations to the implementation of environmental management and consultancy programmes to ISO 9001:2015 / 14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018. Philip has a particular specialism in the automotive and engineering sectors where his breadth of knowledge and experience has proved of great value to our clients. A highly experienced management systems specialist with strong skills in health and safety policy development and auditing.
Key competencies: Implementation of management systems including ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO9001. Development and management of QHSE safety management systems. Safety policy development and risk assessments specific to your requirements with first-hand experience of Tier 1 suppliers in automotive and additive manufacture.
Sector experience: Automotive engineering, additive manufacture and plastics sectors. Outsourced support and interim management support for various clients in industrial, engineering and manufacturing. Industrial and heavy industrial safety management. Aerospace and high value manufacturing and engineering. Contracting trades including mechanical, electrical, construction and building services.
Roger Hart is a Chartered Safety & Health Practitioner with IOSH and OSHCR Registered Consultant, has been involved with the company from the start. He has over 15 years' health & safety consultancy experience in industries ranging from retail & leisure through to heavy industry, aerospace, additive manufacture and defence.
He can advise on complex COSHH risk assessment issues such as isocyanates, welding fumes and solvents. Roger brings great interpersonal, communication and organisational skills plus a wide-ranging theoretical and practical knowledge of health and safety.
