Cheyenne is an Anishinaabe from Roseau River First Nations, Treaty 1 territory, who grew up in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Cheyenne has been working in post secondary for over a decade, primarily in academic advising and student support roles. She worked as an academic advisor at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia and the University of Winnipeg, where she also advised and coordinated support services for students at an off-campus location in Winnipeg's North End. Cheyenne understands the importance of creating safe, culturally relevant spaces are for Indigenous students pursing post secondary, where students can be supported in reconciling their learning and find meaning in their educational paths. Cheyenne is very passionate about art, education, Indigenous ways of knowing and doing, and community building. Cheyenne is a mother to two adult daughters, who she raised as a single parent while pursing her university education and career. She is also a multi disciplinary artist who is always seeking opportunities for artistic expression and practice that cross boundaries between art, culture, education, politics and community.

Gina Cody became Chancellor of Concordia University on January 1, 2025 after serving as co-chancellor since May 1, 2024.
Prior to her appointment as Chancellor, Gina served on the Board of Governors starting in 2014. She is a past member of the Board's Governance and Ethics Committee and a past chair of the Board's Real Estate Planning Committee.
After immigrating from Iran in 1979, Gina earned a master's and a doctorate in building engineering from Concordia University, making her Canada's first woman PhD in the discipline.
She spent more than 30 years in the private sector as an engineer, corporate executive and principal shareholder of a national engineering firm. Under her tenure, her firm was recognized as one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, and Profit Magazine named her one of Canada's Top Women Entrepreneurs.
Gina is one of the few women to chair a TSX 60 company - the Canadian Apartment Properties REIT. She also chairs the European Residential REIT and serves on several other corporate boards.
Her frequent public speaking engagements centre on the value of education and on equity, diversity and inclusion, especially for women and immigrants in the STEM fields.
Gina is a member of the Order of Montreal, a member of the Order of Canada, and an honorary Lieutenant-Colonel of the 34 Combat Engineer Regiment (CER) of the Canadian Armed Forces.

Helen Antoniou is an executive coach for corporate leaders and their teams, as well as family business owners and their successors. She is the author of the Globe and Mail bestseller, Back to Beer... and Hockey: The Story of Eric Molson, a business biography of her father-in-law and past chairman of Molson Coors Beverage Company. Helen also lectures at institutions such as the MIT Sloan of Management and the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program.
Starting as a corporate commercial lawyer 30 years ago, Helen transitioned to management consulting and later assumed leadership roles within organizations such as Bombardier and the McGill University Health Center. She now uses her experience to help coaching clients maximize their impact and reach their goals.
Helen holds Civil and Common Law degrees from McGill University, a Masters in Law from Université de Paris II, and a Masters in Public Health from Harvard University. Her community involvement focuses on health education.

Mariah St. Germain is Métis from Métis Nation of Alberta Region 4, Treaty 6 Territory. She is a Concordia alumna and completed her Masters of Arts in Creative Arts Therapies in 2015. In her new role, Mariah is responsible for supporting Indigenous students through advising. Her duties include working closely with students one-on-one for academic support, academic accommodations, and aiding with funding, scholarship, bursary, and other award opportunities. Additionally, she is also responsible for delivering academic workshops and events to aide in student success. Mariah is eager to connect with our Indigenous students to build relationship and help them achieve their version of success at Concordia.

Savannah is Kanien'kehá:ka from Kanesatake. She recently graduated from Concordia with a Bachelor of Arts in First Peoples Studies. In her new role, she is responsible for programming that promotes cultural, social, and spiritual wellbeing in the Otsenhákta Student Centre. She is also working on the development of a brand new Elder-in-Residence program for the OSC. In addition, she works alongside the Office of Indigenous Directions to plan and promote university-wide special events. Sebastian Bob is Tahltan, Tlingit and Carrier nations of Northwest British Columbia. Raised on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh peoples in Vancouver, BC, Sebastian's Tahltan name, "Speaks the Word," reflects his dedication to uplifting Indigenous communities and inspiring students to pursue their goals.
A recent Concordia graduate with distinction in Communication Studies and First Peoples Studies, he brings valuable knowledge and firsthand experience of student life at Concordia to assist and guide Indigenous students. In his role, Sebastian is responsible for providing academic support, guidance on scholarships, bursaries, and funding opportunities, and fostering community engagement. Sebastian is passionate about working one-on-one with Indigenous students to help them navigate challenges, access academic accommodations, and achieve their goals. He is committed to building relationships that support Indigenous students in finding their path to success at Concordia.
