Conor is a Partner at PwC, based in Florham Park, NJ. Over his career, Conor has served a wide range of companies in the health industries, managing global service teams and assisting companies with accounting and reporting topics. From 2020 to 2022, Conor was on secondment with PwC Switzerland, living in Basel and working with a multinational pharmaceutical company. A 2003 Bergen Catholic graduate and the treasurer of the BC Alumni Association from 2018-2020 and 2022-2023, Conor received his bachelor of science in accountancy from Providence College in 2007 and MBA in International Business from Seton Hall University in 2012. Conor resides in Mendham, NJ, with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children.

Denise Ball

Denise Ball has served in Catholic education for the last 26 years. She is the Assistant Superintendent for Teaching and Learning for the Archdiocese of Washington. Denise and her husband, Michael, Division Chief for HSI Intellectual Property, live in Maryland. Their children, Nathaniel and Claire, are university students. Denise has years of experience collaborating with the Christian Brothers (Brother Rice Catholic High School) from her experience as a principal serving the Archdiocese of Detroit. Denise has earned a bachelor's and master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction and is currently a doctoral candidate.

Edward Okuniewski

Edward Okuniewski is the Principal of Brother Rice High School, Bloomfield Hills, MI. Ed is married to Suzanne and resides in Bloomfield Hills, MI. They have three children, Kristen, Eddie, and Erin. Ed has been a lifelong educator. Fourteen years as a Classroom Teacher and Mathematics Department Chair and twenty-plus years as an Administrator at the central office and school levels.

Holly Manuelian

Holly joins the Board as an alum parent of 2 sons. She graduated from Seton Hall University and Quinnipiac University School of Law. Holly practiced law as an Assistant District Attorney and personal injury attorney and is currently an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice at Seton Hall University. Holly has served as a Trustee on several non-profit boards since 2008 and is happy to share her experience and continue to be a part of the Bergen Catholic community. Holly lives in Franklin Lakes with her husband, George, and three children Jack (Alumni, 2020), Ben (Alumni, 2022), and Lila (IHA 2025).

James Dowling

James J. (Jim) Dowling, Class of '64, joined the Bergen Catholic Board in July 2020 and was appointed co-chair of the Advancement Committee. Over the previous five years, Jim had become an essential benefactor of the school and, in the process, developed a close working relationship with Dr. Mahoney. Jim's entire career has been in the Investment Business (over 50 years), including stints in Investment Banking, Portfolio Management, and Private Equity. Jim has been on the Board of several public and private industrial companies. He is also a member of the Board at Holy Name Medical Center in Teaneck. Jim and his wife reside in Woodcliff Lake.

Kevin Rigby - Chairman

Kevin Rigby '72 lives in Wyckoff with his wife, Mary. Their sons, Daniel '01 and Patrick '05, are alumni of Bergen Catholic. Their daughter, Katherine '08, attended IHA and is now a Nurse Practitioner in Mental Health. Kevin's two older brothers also attended Bergen Catholic, Robert '65 and Gerard '70. Kevin is the former U.S. Country Head of Public Affairs for Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation, former Chief of Staff and State Director for U.S. Senator Bill Bradley, and now leads Rigby Consulting, LLC. Kevin was also active in public service, including President of the Novartis U.S. Foundation, Mayor of River Edge, and held leadership roles in numerous Trade Associations and Non-Profit Boards in Washington DC and New Jersey. Mr. Rigby was also a partner in a private law practice and continues to be actively involved in civic and philanthropic efforts.

Michael Janson

Michael Janson '65 grew up in New Milford. He earned an undergraduate degree from Fairfield University and a Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics from Johns Hopkins University. His career began at Bell Laboratories. He then worked in fixed income research at Salomon Brothers and in investment banking and private equity at Morgan Stanley. After Morgan Stanley, he worked for a hedge fund, Ore Hill Partners/Man Group. He is now retired. He and his wife live in Morristown and have been blessed with four children and nine grandchildren.

Michael Marcon

Michael Marcon, class of 1982, resides in Fish Creek, WI, and Palm Desert, CA, with his wife Mary. Together, they have two sons, Keaton, who resides in Reno, NV, with his wife, Laura; daughter, Penelope, and son, Henry; and Matthew, who resides in Glendale, CA, with his wife, Marissa. Michael is a 1986 graduate of Ursinus College with a BA in Economics and a 1989 graduate of Drexel University with an MBA in Finance. He is currently the founder and CEO of Symphony Risk Solutions, a U.S. Top 100 insurance brokerage and human capital consulting firm. Prior to Symphony Risk, Michael was the founder and CEO of Equity Risk Partners, a specialty insurance brokerage focused on the private equity industry, Executive Vice President of Aon Risk Services, where he led their mergers and acquisitions practice, and CIGNA Corp, where he was a financial analyst. Michael is on the boards of Bamboo Insurance Services, a specialty insurance company, and M3K Holdings, an investment and advisory firm focused on financial services, and is Chairman of the Board of The Marcon Foundation, a family foundation that focuses on helping families in need.

Patrick Daniello

Mr. Daniello is the President of Daniello Associates, an advisory firm providing wholesale restructuring and workout advice, portfolio management, and case management to credit investors. Prior, Mr. Daniello worked at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. from 1987 to 2018, where he held multiple positions. Most recently, he was the Wholesale Chief Risk Officer for JPMorgan Chase Consumer and Community Bank. He was responsible for all facets of Risk Management across $60B of wholesale assets and managed a global team of 450 employees. However, most of his tenure at JPMorgan was in the Corporate & Investment Bank in Special Credits and Special Situations, where he held the position of Global Head of Wholesale Special Credits from 2007 to 2017. Before becoming Global Head, Mr. Daniello was Head of Special Credits for EMEA and Asia Pacific. He and his family were based in London from 2002 to 2007, and he has been responsible for managing JPMorgan's position through many profile restructurings. Mr. Daniello graduated from Lehigh University's College of Business and Economics with a B.S. in Finance, received his MBA from the Gabelli Graduate School of Business at Fordham University, and is a member of the Risk Management Association.

Susan LaMonica

Susan is the Chief Human Resource Officer for Citizens Financial Group, overseeing a team of professionals responsible for organizational development and culture, talent acquisition, leadership and talent development, learning, DE&I, compensation and benefits, and human resources service delivery. During her tenure, Susan played a crucial role in the Citizens IPO from the Royal Bank of Scotland. Before joining the bank in 2011, Susan held senior leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, serving as head of Human Resources for the investment banking and markets division globally. Before that, she served as the head of Human Resources for the Consumer and Commercial Banking division. She also served as global head of Development for the bank, leading the firm's efforts around talent, leadership, learning, diversity, culture, and organizational change. Susan began her banking career with Chase Manhattan Bank, holding roles in operations, risk, and retail banking. She also serves on several public, not-for-profit, and industry boards. Susan has an MBA in Finance from NYU and a B.S. in Finance from Boston College.

Thomas is a 1975 Bergen Catholic graduate and Montclair State University graduate with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. He is a CPA and, currently, the Senior Vice President, Global Tax at Pfizer Inc. Previously, he was a partner with Deloitte, where he led the global life science/healthcare industry program and was a member of the U.S. tax executive committee. He has been a member of the Bergen Catholic High School Board of Directors since 2015. Thomas is chair of the Finance Committee and a member of the Executive, Investment, and Compensation Committees. He is a board member and officer of another charitable organization that provides financial support for families of children with mobility issues or who need prosthetic devices. Thomas is married with two adult children.
