A National Collegiate Champion in Track Cycling, High School All American and NCAA Collegiate Basketball Player for UC Berkeley, Scratch Golfer, Mountain and Road Cyclist, and pure sports fanatic, Jennifer has been around strength training, conditioning, plyometrics and nutrition for a healthy, energetic life for many years. Her experience in sports and understanding how the body and mind works has enabled her to become a top notch trainer. Goal oriented and motivated to help her clients succeed, Jennifer is the training coach you have been looking for. Energetic, fun environment to train and to achieve your goals. At Age 43, she commited to make a change and lost 17% body fat and over 35lbs through a commited fitness program and nutritional plan that put her back on track!
