B.F.A Shepherd University, Graphic Design While earning her degree in Graphic Design from Shepherd University, Andrea worked as a designer for an event planning student board at Shepherd. She developed a visual consistency between design work and social media marketing while on the board. Andrea also has managed her personal photography business for five+ years, which began when she was sixteen. Andrea enjoys coordinating both her talents of design and photography when working with clients; such as creating digital/ print design and photographing social media content.
 She has created award winning designs such as a logo redesign for a local radio station in Shepherdstown, West Virginia titled WSHC. Andrea has worked on multiple platforms during her time freelancing, such as creating illustration designs and advertisement for events. Caleb Wooldridge

B.A. West Virginia University, Economics Raised in Bluefield, West Virginia, Caleb Wooldridge took to real estate from a young age, working alongside his father on various construction projects for real estate investors. It was then he realized how valuable real estate is as an investment vehicle, leading him to set the goals of meticulously acquiring property for himself and being a contributor to the industry. This aspiration drew him to West Virginia University, where he earned an Economics degree in 2021. While in school, he became a mentee of David Lorenze, Principal at Black Diamond Realty David introduced Caleb to both the foundations of investing in multifamily assets and the real estate market of north-central West Virginia by working for 304 Properties (David's property management company) and a six-month internship at Black Diamond Realty. Chris Waters

Chris Waters brings his passion and enthusiasm for commercial real estate to work with him every day. A lifelong resident of West Virginia with over 20 years in the Morgantown area, Chris understands the changing landscape in the area's industries and how the population provides regional business owners, corporate companies, and property investors unique opportunities and challenges. After earning dual degrees in Marketing and Management from WVU's College of Business and Economics, Chris stayed in Morgantown as a young entrepreneur. His past experience in sales, professional photography, content creation and editing, internet advertising, marketing, and small business ownership, led him to his career in commercial real estate. He understands the marketing needs of buying, selling, and leasing property while managing the process. Chris looks forward to building relationships by sharing and utilizing his knowledge in a responsive, timely, and straight forward manner with clients. David Lorenze

David Lorenze was born and raised in Morgantown. He then attended Virginia Tech University where he graduated with honors. David earned two degrees during his time in Blacksburg; a Bachelor of Arts in Public and Urban Affairs and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus in entrepreneurship. David's educational background at Virginia Tech, including land planning, city government/urban affairs and business entrepreneurship, laid a strong foundation for his work in commercial real estate. As a leader of Black Diamond Realty, David Lorenze continues to build on his strong reputation as a deal maker and community builder. Lorenze brings expertise and experience in all commercial real estate sectors spanning hundreds of lease and sale transactions. Lorenze is licensed in WV and PA and services a wide radius of local and regional markets from Black Diamond's home office in Morgantown, WV. David has completed over $200,000,000 in sale and lease transactions during his brokerage career in local and regional markets. As a partner in several commercial real estate investment companies, David brings his clients first-hand knowledge of the management of real estate investments. This expertise is another way that he supports his clients and their real estate goals. By understanding and modeling successful practices in various venues of the real estate arena, David utilizes his in-depth knowledge and experience to ensure his clients' success. Superior Photo Service was a two-generation, successful family business through 2013 when Jim sold to a long-time customer. The family's work ethic and business aptitude continue to be an ever-present element of David's life. During his childhood days, David's mother, Alice, went back to school to earn a certification as a nurse anesthetist. In her years as a nurse anesthetist, she has taken a dozen medical mission trips. People around the globe, including Africa, Haiti, Honduras and Peru, have been forever changed by her work as part of plastic surgical teams. Alice was given the nickname "Smiley" by her colleagues in honor of her upbeat demeanor. David recognizes the compassion, empathy and positive attitude his mother continues to exude and its impact on himself. He is grateful to Jim and Alice for the values they instilled in him. He works hard each day to make them proud by positively influencing lives through his work and contributions to communities. David's community roles comprise of him giving his time serving on several boards which include Empty Bowls Monongalia, United Way of Monongalia and Preston Counties and Monongalia County Development Authority. In addition to the duties and responsibilities associated with his community and entrepreneurial ventures, David enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Stephanie, and two girls. Elle Phillips

Elle is a Cincinnati native but moved to Morgantown in 2016 to study Graphic Design and Marketing at West Virginia University. During her time as a student, she worked as a Resident Assistant for WVU for 4 years and served as a Marketing consultant for some small businesses in Monongalia County. She also used her passion for film and movies to enter a short film into the Campus Movie Festival. After graduating college, she held a short Marketing position in Virginia before moving back to Morgantown. Elle has a wide background in design including web design, animation, photography, product design, and illustration that she uses to serve the clients of Black Diamond.

Janelle Zeoli

B.F.A Kutztown University, Communication Design, Concentrations in Graphic and Advertising Design Originally from Morgantown, Pennsylvania, Janelle graduated from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania where she earned her degree in Graphic Design and Advertising. After graduating, she made the move to Morgantown, West Virginia where she worked for a strategic marketing and design firm. During her time there, she gained a wealth of knowledge and experience designing logos, booklets, brochures and more. Janelle's attention to detail and drive to produce quality design has helped increase the marketing abilities of Black Diamond Realty. Jeff Wise

B.S. West Virginia University, Mining and Energy Resources Engineering Early in his career, Jeff's passion for real estate influenced his decision to pursue and obtain a WV real estate license. With a family steeped in the real estate and real estate appraisal business, Jeff has been actively involved in real estate development, sales, and investment on a parallel path with his roles in the energy field and engineering services business. He currently holds a real estate investment portfolio that includes properties in the Morgantown and Fairmont areas. Jeff's wealth of knowledge and experience provides a unique value-added service to clients ranging from the investor just entering the real estate market to the savvy real estate investor who desires to expand, modify, or divest. Jeff worked in the natural gas and energy industry for 16 years and has extensive experience in many areas of the business, including gas measurement, field operations, engineering, marketing, and senior management. As Manager of Engineering, he was responsible for the areas of engineering, environmental, corrosion, wells, pipelines, gas measurement, surveying, and lease and rights of way. He then worked over 20 years as a project manager and most recently as managing director for an engineering and architectural firm. Jeff has been directly responsible for over $450 million worth of projects ranging from $30 thousand to $30 million. He was responsible for much of the marketing and sales functions of the various positions he has held and served as the lead in numerous contract negotiations. Jeff and his wife Barbara reside in Fairmont, where they have always lived. They are blessed to have their three children and seven grandchildren all living in the Fairmont area as well. Jeff is an avid golfer and enjoys fishing and snow skiing as hobbies, and of course, spending time with the grandchildren. Within his community, Jeff has been responsible for the project planning, acquisition, financing, and development of two separate churches having congregational seating capacities of 600 and 1000. He serves on the Deacon Board, teaches a men's bible study and prayer group, serves in the early childhood ministry, and leads the security and capital improvement efforts at his church. Jeff has played a key role in spearheading the engineering and design of the new North Appalachian Teen Challenge Ministry's addiction treatment center located in Clarksburg, WV. Jeffrey T. Stenger

Kim Licciardi

Kim Licciardi was born and raised in Springfield, VA, a suburb of Washington, D.C. She started attending WVU football games at a young age with her alumni parents and always knew she would follow in her parent's footsteps as a legacy at WVU. She graduated with two degrees from WVU: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Master of Science in Industrial Labor Relations. She continued her education at Wake Forest University graduating from the BB&T School of Banking. Her studies laid a strong foundation in finance, investment banking, commercial lending, and negotiating skills. Kim spent 15 years with BB&T Bank in various roles and spent the latter part of her career as a Vice President and Commercial Banker in the North Central WV and Southwestern PA markets. From her time with BB&T, Kim has been involved in numerous sale and acquisition transactions, totaling more than $100 million in financing. The experience and expertise that Kim brings are in the areas of investment property analysis, deal structure, contract negotiations, client engagement, and underwriting. Additionally, over the years Kim has developed a vast network of clients and contacts in the Greater WV and PA markets. After "retiring" from Banking in 2020, Kim joined the Black Diamond Realty team to focus on her passion of bringing buyers and sellers together and raising the standards of commercial real estate. Kim is both passionate about her clients and passionate about the contributions she can make in the community. She sits on two local advisory boards at The Pines County Club and The Morgantown Marathon. Kim also devotes time to the American Red Cross and the WVU Children's Hospital Gala. Additionally, Nesselroad has overseen Black Diamond Realty's transactions from the perspective of the company's founding and is a currently licensed broker.
