Bob joined our Bone Dry team in August 2015 as General Manager. He is responsible for developing the Charleston, South Carolina office and bringing the Bone Dry Roofing tradition of superior, personalized service to clients on the coast and throughout South Carolina. Bob began his career working in his family's eighty-year-old commercial construction business in Miami, Florida in 1993. After graduating from the University of Florida in 2000, he returned to the family construction business in Miami and served as a Project Manager. In 2003, Bob joined Sea Island Resort, an award winning real estate & hospitality firm in St. Simons, Georgia where he served twelve years and resigned as the Director of Engineering & Facilities. Bob's compassion for his community led him to be a founding member, Vice President and Treasurer of an environmental sustainability and community education non-profit as well as a member of the LEPC. Bob is presently a member of the Historical Rotary Club of Charleston and is excited about serving the local community.

Brian oversees field production for the commercial roofing side of Bone dry Roofing. Brian's background includes many years spent with sheet metal fabrication and industrial equipment work. His mechanical knowledge and attention to detail are evident on every job. Brian has a reputation for doing whatever needs to be done to make a job right and he is highly regarded by those who have worked with him as part of a project team.

Charlie brings to the Bone Dry Roofing team over twenty-five years' of experience in the roofing industry. He serves as our Repair and Maintenance Department Manager in our Charleston Office. He was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina. Charlie has traveled and worked all over the United States on various roofing projects supervising and installation. One of his projects was featured on the cover of the magazine Metal Construction News and another on HGTV. During his free time, Charlie volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and college football. Charlie is truly as asset to the Bone Dry Roofing family with his positive attitude, and shares the philosophy to treat every roofing project as if it were his personal home or building.

Christine oversees Client Services for the Residential Department at Bone Dry Roofing Company. She has over 20 years of experience in advertising, sales, and client relations. Christine has lived in Athens for over 25 years and graduated from the University of Georgia's Grady College of Journalism in 1998.

David Bassant brings a unique blend of experience and expertise to the team as our Athens Commercial Project Manager. From the island of Jamaica, David brings over half a decade of service as a Detective in The Jamaica Constabulary Force, where he honed his skills in problem-solving and attention to detail, traits that have served him well in his roofing career.
David's roofing journey began nearly a decade ago when he moved to the United States. He started his career from the ground up, quite literally, working around dumpsters. Over time, his dedication and commitment led him to become a lead roofing technician with a roofing company, specializing in shingles, torching, and hot mopping.
Continuing to climb the ranks, David joined Centimark Corporation as a commercial roofing foreman and Technical Representative/Roofing inspector in Florida. Remarkably, within six months, he earned a promotion to Service Sales Manager, where he managed all of North Georgia. In this role, he crafted scopes of work and successfully sold numerous service projects.
As a Project Manager, David's role centers around being a specialist in problem-solving, a role he relishes. He particularly enjoys the opportunity to meet and collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds and industries, a facet of his work that he deeply values.
Beyond the world of roofing, David is a master on the grill, known for his delectable jerk chicken and jerk pork creations. He has a passion for health and fitness, exemplified by his weekly hikes at Stone Mountain Park.

Drew's academic journey led him through Shippensburg University in PA, graduating with a dual major in marketing and entrepreneurship. His career journey initially ventured into the realm of steel and aluminum distribution for eight years, where he navigated various roles from inside sales to assistant warehouse manager and outside sales.
A fortuitous encounter with a friend at the gym ushered Drew into the roofing industry, and since then, it's been a passion he's pursued since then. Drew's expertise spans across multiple domains-sales, business development, customer service, inspections, and estimating-showcasing his versatility in the roofing landscape.
What Drew loves most about his work is the collaborative problem-solving aspect. He thrives when working as part of a team, resolving challenges to ensure top-notch customer experiences.
Outside the office, Drew's time is devoted to his family: a wife and two daughters who keep him bustling with activities like volleyball and golf on weekends. Evan serves as our esteemed Operations Manager, at our Charleston location. With an extensive background as a Superintendent and Project Manager in the roofing industry, Evan brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team.
What Evan loves most about his work is that roofing is truly a team sport. Every aspect requires a collaborative effort from Salesman to Estimator, pre-construction to Operations, and finally, out in the field. Evan finds joy in the intricate specifications needed to install every square inch of a roof, a skill that often goes unnoticed but remains crucial to a successful project. As he puts it, being the most needed-unneeded trade on every job site is an undeniable testament to the importance of his role (and if you know, you know). With a specialization in large-scope operations within commercial roofing, Evan's proficiency shines through in every project he undertakes.
Outside of work, he has a completely different passion. Evan is an avid hound dog owner and enthusiast, reveling in the thrill of hunting, particularly deer, fox, and coyote, with a slight penchant for raccoons.
When he's not out in the wild, Evan finds joy in spending quality time with his girlfriend, two furry children, and his beloved family. He also has an ear for live music, especially when it comes to WSMFP (again, if you know, you know). Meet Jalen McIntosh, our Charleston Superintendent. Jalen's roofing journey began in 2018 when he started as a laborer. With unwavering determination and hard work, he steadily climbed the ranks to become a lead Foreman, showcasing his innate talent for the trade.
For a period, Jalen ventured away from roofing and embarked on a new path in carpentry in sunny Palm Beach County, Florida. There, he contributed his skills to building homes for low-income families, making a positive impact on the community. However, as the saying goes, you can't stay away from something you're meant to do for long. Jalen's heart remained in roofing, drawing him back to the craft he had grown to love.
One of Jalen's defining qualities is his mechanical aptitude. He possesses a natural knack for fixing things that were once full of life, a skill that serves him well in the roofing world.
Outside of work, Jalen cherishes quality time with his family, including his furry daughter, Hazel, an American Staffordshire. Their companionship brings joy and warmth to his life.

During the football season, you can find Jeremy in Sanford Stadium or in front of a TV cheering on the Dawgs.

Joshua works out of our Charleston office and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the AP/AR fields. He graduated from Charleston Southern University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting. Joshua loves accounting because it's a very black/white job. If your numbers don't match, you immediately know you are either right or wrong. There is no ambiguity.
When Joshua isn't at the office, you might find him building stadiums with Legos. He has now built 40+ stadiums as high as 12" with Legos.
One interesting fact about Joshua is that he is a qualified Nuclear Reactor Operator. He went through the Nuclear Power program in the United States Navy and started up, maintained, and shut down nuclear reactors.

Throughout his time at Bone Dry Roofing, Josh has worked from the ground up in all aspects of commercial roofing, from general labor to project management. He efficiently acknowledges all functions that make a construction company run smoothly since having held a position within nearly all aspects of a roofing project. This insight has allowed him to better understand all the steps needed to make a project succeed, and he thoroughly enjoys his new role as a project engineer. In his new role, he now understands the form and function that makes up the application of the roofing systems we install. Josh lives with the philosophy that there is no true completion to your education in life and hopes to continue to expand his knowledge within both the commercial roofing industry and the construction industry for many years to come!

Lauren King serves as our Residential and Repair and Maintenance Client Manager in our St. Simons Island Office. Lauren was born in Augusta, Georgia and raised mostly in Florida. She has over fifteen years of experience in sales, customer service and management. She offers excellent customer service to our clients on St. Simons Island. Lauren is very enthusiastic about her role in growing with Bone Dry Roofing and she is committed to the success of her departments. Lauren is the mother of two sons, Jonah and Jensen. She enjoys spending time with her boys, relaxing on the beach, camping, fishing and cooking."

Graduating from UNC and launching his career in commercial roofing back in 2005, Matt has held diverse roles in the industry that have sculpted his profound understanding of operations and business development.
His journey commenced humbly as field labor for Centimark, where he quickly showcased his potential and dedication. Over the years, he thrived within the roofing industry, contributing significantly in various capacities and gaining a comprehensive understanding of roofing operations and leadership.
In the Washington DC-Baltimore market, Matt served as BU President for TECTA before relocating to Charleston. There, he stepped into the role of General Manager for a prominent roofing company, where he honed his skills in team building, streamlining operations, and refining processes.
What sets Matt apart is his commitment to fostering strong relationships within teams and his relentless pursuit of operational excellence. His adeptness in creating, evaluating, and implementing robust processes has been a driving force behind his successful career in the roofing industry.
Beyond the office, Matt's biggest passions revolve around his kids and their activities. An interesting tidbit about Matt - he carries forward a family legacy as Matthew James Atkinson VI, while his son proudly continues this heritage as the seventh in line.

His time spent in the field and detailed knowledge of all roof types are just a few things that make him a valued asset to our service department. Thomas is in charge of overseeing al day-to-day repair operations and is responsible for managing and scheduling all crew members. In his spare time, Thomas enjoys spending time with his wife and three children on their farm. He loves to hunt, fish and anything that involves the outdoors.
