Have had the pleasant experience of dealing with Ms. Amanda who went far and beyond to locate/order/deliver hard to parts for my older model Stihl saws. The ARE ope on Saturdays and everyone I have dealt with there are very helpful. My husband and I have used them for years. After he past away, they have been more than willing to help.
