Gary was one of four brothers raised in the Squantum section of Quincy, Massachusetts. His mother Joan was a Registered Nurse, his father William a Sanitation Inspector for the City of Boston. Working in the construction business since he graduated from the Quincy Vocational Technical HS in 1985, Gary has a strong work ethic and prides himself on delivering quality work to his customers. In 2000, Absolute General Contracting was formed with friend and business partner Kieran McKinney.
Gary continues to call Squantum home and lives there with his partner Suzanne and four of their six children.

Kieran is one of six brothers that are European born and Irish bred. With over 24 years of construction experience, he has prided himself as a well-known developer and general contractor in Massachusetts's area. He attributes his success to the work ethic instilled in him by his Donegal father, Henry Joseph (Joe) and Galway mother, Mary. Accredited as a Master Carpenter in 1991 from the City and Guilds of London, Kieran made his way across the pond to Boston in 1998. In 2000, Absolute General Contracting was formed with business partner, Gary MacDonald of Squantum. Kieran is an expert in all facets of the construction business from permitting, to framing, to high-end finish carpentry and structural repairs.
Kieran currently lives in Milton, MA with his two stepdaughters, Alex and Ella, his wife Jennifer and their beloved bulldog, Emee.
