BTAP is an "irrigation mall" situated on the Blood Indian Reserve #148. Constructed in the 1990s, with further expansion in 2020, it comprises over 34,000 acres and associated irrigation infrastructure providing water to approximately 23,646 acres. BTAP has been in continuous operation for 25 years.
