Currently, our products are sold in most of the retail outlets in Ireland and many of the larger retail stores in Ireland also stock our products under ‘own brand' labels... We specialise in delicious smoked salmon and a range of other seafood products all produced at premium quality, on the West Coast of Ireland... Carr & Sons Seafood factory is based in Killala, a small fishing village on the North West coast of Ireland where it employs approximately 75 people.
