Dr. Chiasson has a Ph.D. in Urban Affairs and Public Administration and 26 years experience in trial consulting. She specializes in jury selection, case analysis, and the use of qualitative methods and analysis to identify social and cultural influences on juror decision making. She has a deep understanding of how factors within a trial community affect and influence jurors within that venue and is an expert in venue analysis research. Dr. Chiasson has worked extensively in mass torts and has experience in a broad range of cases, including product liability, medical malpractice, and contract disputes. She has assisted in trials across the country and has had success in many difficult venues. She lives in Dallas, Texas.

Dr. Tracey R. Carpenter

Dr. Carpenter has a Ph.D. in Legal Psychology and 24 years experience in trial consulting. Her research areas include jury decision-making, scientific jury selection, factors influencing civil damage award decisions, and how jurors assess witness credibility. She specializes in the development of trial strategies and themes, jury selection, statistical analysis, and understanding juror reasoning and behavior. Dr. Carpenter has consulted in medical malpractice, product liability, and personal injury cases, amongst others, and has extensive experience in high stakes civil litigation, including multiple mass torts. She has worked in venues as diverse as East Texas, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, St. Louis, New Orleans, and Miami. She lives in Houston, Texas.
