Alan started in the Financial Services Industry in 1990 when he joined National Irish Bank. He held customer facing roles in the provision of all banking services, from cashing cheques to sorting out your mortgage.
Alan was with NIB until 1998 when he joined AccBank as a Branch Manager in 1999. Alan felt he needed a bigger challenge and worked for a brokerage firm as an Agent for 3 years.
He then decided to set up Bailey Financial Services in 2002 which allowed him grow his personal client bank and network.
Paul started in the Financial Services Industry in 1987 when in joined National Mutual. He held a direct sales customer facing role in the provision of Protection, Investment & Pension products.
Paul remained with National Mutual until 1993 at which point, he moved to New Ireland Assurance again in a direct sales role. In 1996 Paul was appointed a district manager of New Ireland, a role he maintained up until his departure in 1999.
In 1999, Paul made the decision to start his own business- PNI Mortgages Limited. This business ran successfully up until 2012 when a decision to amalgamate the business with Capital Financial was made.
A keen golfer and Rugby supporter ( Leinster and Ireland ) Paul also enjoys spending time with his family.
