On-call nurses with medical oversight assist with challenging health conditions such as dementia, diabetes, injections, ostomies, catheters, oxygen use, wound care, hospice care, etc. Our goal is to help prevent unnecessary trips to the ER/Hospital. (as allowed by Title 22)... Our staff will help guide you with Personalized Nursing Care, Private Room, Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) on call, In-House Nurse Practitioner (NP), and Spiritual & Family Support. We are on this journey with you... We are a group of Nurses whose passion for helping people inspired us to provide residential assisted living and community-based long-term care.
