Kim King graduated from Carthage in December 2006 with a degree in graphic design. She returned to the College in October 2014 to join the Office of Communications as a full-time graphic designer. In February 2023, Kim was promoted to Marketing Manager. With her previous marketing and design experience, along with her knowledge of both the Carthage brand and recruitment cycle, Kim will design and execute marketing plans that support the College's recruitment goals. Before coming to Carthage, Kim worked at the Kenosha News for seven years, starting as a Media Service Specialist. During her last three years at the Kenosha News, she worked directly with the marketing manager as a marketing specialist, helping to maintain the paper's brand identity for all products and creating promotional schedules. Kim is a life-long Kenosha resident and lives here with her husband, Andrew, and daughter, Emma.

Professor Sarah Snow is a professional chemist with experience in academia as well as the chemical, health care, and material science industries, with proven abilities in research, product development, commercialization, technical training and development, and university grant evaluation. She currently is an assistant professor of chemistry at Carthage College and enjoys teaching and mentoring young adults as well as completing occasional external technical writing, editing, or regulatory contract assignments.
Before coming to Carthage, Prof. Snow worked in the health care industry for Clorox Professional Products Technical Service (Midland, Michigan) specializing in understanding, interpreting, and communicating health care industry requirements and providing information and expertise customized to meet the needs of Clorox sales and marketing, infection preventionists, and environmental service personnel.
Prior to that, she was the Clorox Midland, Mich. site research and development and technical service manager, coordinating research and development teams as they developed and tested new and improved products.
Additionally, Prof. Snow has worked in the health care industry at Caltech Industries (Midland, Mich.), the chemical and material science industry at Dow Corning Corporation (Midland, Mich.), and at Saginaw Valley State University.
She has authored over 50 technical reports, 21 published articles, 13 external presentations, and has two patents. She holds a Ph.D. in inorganic chemistry from the University of Utah, and a B.S. in chemistry from the University of North Dakota.

Professor Sarah Terrill received her B.S. degree (neuroscience and psychology) from Baldwin Wallace University (Berea, Ohio). Continuing with graduate training at Florida State University, Prof. Terrill received her M.S. in psychology and her Ph.D. in neuroscience. Prof. Terrill went on to complete her initial postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Southern California and continued her postdoctoral training at Northeast Ohio Medical University. Prof. Terrill's research focuses on the neural and hormonal control of food intake and body weight and uses a variety of modern neuroscience tools and surgical approaches.
Prof. Terrill is particularly proud of the undergraduate researchers she has mentored throughout her career, many of whom have gone on to M.D., Ph.D., and other professional programs. She enjoys working with her students in the lab and providing opportunities for student researchers to present their work at both national and international conferences.
Outside of academia, Prof. Terrill enjoys cooking, biking by the lake, traveling with her family, and playing with her pups Lillian and Thor.
