The heart of our work is the compassionate care we provide to traumatized children in the Martha S. Urbaniak Clinic, restoring children to hope and stability with outpatient therapies grounded in rigorous research. Through our prevention efforts, we equip families of all kinds to create safe, nurturing environments for their children through home visits and other intensive supports. Each year, these direct services reach more than 2,000 children and their families in Durham and surrounding..
