After 51 years, the MSU Career Services Network had to step away from producing the Recruiting Trends report due to resource constraints. To preserve this important resource, ROCS Grad Staffing stepped forward to allow Stu Mease to work with Dr. Phil Gardner to produce the College Hiring Outlook 2023 report. This study follows the same research procedures and protocols that Trends did. We will continue to work towards partnerships that will insure the continuance of this report and its benefits to colleges and employers.
