With the Yale School of Medicine MyYSM Intranet, we aim to highlight individuals and exemplary programs, help employees find necessary information, and provide organizational clarity and transparency... The Office of Health Equity Research (OHER), housed in the Yale School of Medicine, was established in 2020. OHER aims to coordinate and expand health equity research efforts across Yale. We serve as a resource, providing methodological tools and services to improve data collection and measurement, incentivizing health equity research development through internal and external funding, and increasing the critical mass of health equity researchers and staff. In addition, OHER facilitates and promotes bi-directional community-academic partnership in addressing community-identified health concerns through a health equity lens. OHER builds unique models and elevates excellence in health equity research at the Yale School of Medicine.
