Through the efforts of Vaughn Barber, Don Williams, Michael Brim, Tom Dent and Sy Howard, the CFA Foundation was established on June 22, 1990 by the Cat Fanciers' Association Board of Directors. Its purpose was to be a forum that would educate the general public about the history of the cat and the cat fancy...
