At this time apart from making different kinds of sweaters, Chii Shing also produced chenille, the quality of which won the trust of many clients. As a result the number of orders soared quickly. The number of skilled specialists in the Taiwan's textile industry was then declining. Countering this Chii Shing set foot on Indonesia, Singapore and mainland China to nourish the trades with these countries... At Chii Shing we believe in humble beginnings and hard work, and therefore our company history is an important reminder of where we started, the challenges we overcame, and what we have achieved in the last 40 years. This includes fulfilling thousands of orders, leaving an international footprint and maintaining integrity and quality throughout... To reduce cost and expand territory for the sweater market, in the end of 1999 saw collaboration to install a factory in Hui Chou City in Guang Dong, China. In January 2001, Chii Shing's office moved to the current place in Nei-Hu District...
