The UO Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry offers undergraduate major and minor degrees in chemistry and biochemistry, and graduate degrees at the masters and PhD level... Our Undergraduate Program provides training for students planning careers in the chemical and biological sciences and also for those in biology, health related disciplines, earth sciences, secondary education, business, journalism and law. Undergraduate research and other educational activities outside the traditional classroom are essential components of these majors.
