Amanda joined Clear Water full-time in 2017 after interning for the company in 2015. As a Project Scientist, she created Clear Water's client dashboards and greatly improved Clear Water's data management and analysis capabilities. She began managing industrial projects in 2018.
Amanda holds a BS in Environmental Science from the University of Washington and a MSc in Hydroinformatics and Water Management from the EuroAquae Consortium. She previously worked, and still volunteers, in restoration ecology.

Chrissy joined Clear Water in 2021 after relocating from the East Coast. Duncan has more than two decades of experience in environmental consulting and project management; specifically focusing on environmental analysis and management. He has worked with local, state, and federal jurisdictions to create development plans and obtain permits for residential, commercial, and industrial development. At Clear Water, Duncan focuses on the construction stormwater and remediation markets as the Director of Construction Services.

Josh joined Clear Water full-time in 2019 as a Water Treatment Technician. He has worked on both industrial and construction stormwater systems and has been responsible for industrial site sampling, inspections, laboratory treatability testing, CESF system maintenance, and other ISGP permit consulting needs. Josh started managing industrial projects and the Clear Water laboratory in 2023.Josh holds a BS in Environmental Science with a Minor in Chemistry from Western Washington University.

Kristine is the Director of Business Development, focusing her efforts on strategic direction, vision and growth. Kristine received her B.S. degree in Chemistry from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) and Qualified SWPPP Developer with over 10 years of environmental consulting experience in the water treatment industry; specifically related to water treatment and erosion and sediment control in the industrial and construction markets. Her water treatment experience includes treatment system development and design, regulatory oversight, site assessment, permit compliance support, and client management.
Mark has over 17 years of experience and was hired by Clear Water in 2008 as a Field Supervisor and Junior Project Manager. Because of his experience with fluid systems, demonstrated ability to learn and master emerging water treatment technologies, and dedication to excellent customer service, Mark was promoted to Field Operations Manager and is now the Director of Operations. Mark has managed the installation and operation of some of the most complex water treatment projects in Washington, including the SR 520 Eastside Transit and HOV Improvements Project and BNSF Skykomish Remediation project. These projects required the utilization of technical and regulatory expertise in all aspects of surface water treatment/management and the complexities of construction site management.

Matt joined Clear Water Services in 2022 as the Regional Sales and Operations Manager in Florida. Matt's technical water treatment specialties include chemically-enhanced sand filtration (CESF) treatment systems, granular activated carbon (GAC) treatment systems, and specialty mixed-bed filtration medias. He has extensive experience offering water treatment solutions to construction, remediation, and industrial markets, and is also an erosion & sediment control inspector and trainer.

Megan joined Clear Water in 2021 as a water treatment operator. She became a Project Scientist and began managing Clear Water's projects in Oregon and southwest Washington in 2022.Megan holds a BS in Environmental Science from the University of Washington. She previously worked in restoration ecology, focusing on native plants and mycology.
Nate is a Qualified Industrial Stormwater Practitioner and has over 20 years of experience in the allied fields of environmental science, construction management, and consulting/engineering, particularly as they relate to water treatment and environmental remediation. He has generated repeat business with a wide range of clients, managing the design, permitting, implementation, and operation and maintenance of numerous water treatment systems in support of remediation, construction, and industrial projects. In addition, he has a demonstrated record of project leadership experience ranging in size to $25M and has supervised a diverse department of project managers and field staff for over 10 years.

Neil has over 14 years of experience in water quality management and related environmental remediation projects. He received his B.S. degree in Biology from the University of Washington and is presently the Pacific Northwest Regional VP at Clear Water Services. He has broad experience in industrial, construction, and emergency response remediation projects. His water quality experience includes managing the design, permitting, implementation, and operation and maintenance of numerous water treatment systems on projects across the country. In addition, Neil has a demonstrated record of project leadership experience leading a diverse group of project managers and field staff.

Nick joined the Clear Water team in 2018 as a Project Manager. He has experience in all aspects of storm water treatment including system design, operations, estimating, and site management, with a focus on system automation in the construction sector. He is a Washington State Department of Ecology approved CESF trainer and a Washington State approved CDL trainer. With countless stormwater projects under his supervision, he places an emphasis on fostering long-term relationships with his customers while successfully complying with federal and local regulations.
Nick has worked with the NGO Sustainable Cambodia for years on community outreach projects and is very passionate about finding solutions for developing countries to help secure best-fit water treatment options.

Nick is a seasoned Operations Professional with over 10 years in the Environmental Remediation Industry. Throughout his career he has developed, designed and managed multiple multimillion dollar projects spanning from land development to environmental clean ups and his talents as a leader have allowed him to supervise staffs ranging in size from 5 to 50. His focus on operational efficiency has guided him in his efforts to lead the expansion of Clear Water Services in Rodeo, California.
