Ms. Sarah Misra has an experience of over 13 years in teaching, curriculum development & implementation across national & international pedagogies like the ICSE, Waldorf Curriculum & CIE. She has been involved in sharing sustainable best practices with the underprivileged. She has contributed and learnt differential teaching & multi level pedagogies from the children at the National Child Labour Project. Having collaborated with the ICDS (Integrated Child Development Scheme), UNICEF and the World Bank in District, State and National Planning of Early Childhood Education, she has also successfully carried out training and development for Anganwadi workers in 33 districts of Maharashtra Along with a Bachelors Degree in English Honours, Ms. Sarah Misra also holds a Bachelor of Education degree & a Diploma in Special Education.

Mr. Sawal Das Jethani, came into the field of education based on his firm belief that education is the key to make a difference in this world. Bearing the vision "To help our children excel by understanding them, guiding them on the right path & strengthening their self belief", and mission "Preparing children for the exam called life", Mr.Jethani, started Chrysalis High a chain of co-educational schools in Bangalore. As Chrysalis High flourished, he wanted to incorporate his beautiful school environment with extra tender love and care exclusively for little angels, and this was the genesis of Chrysalis Kids. Before starting Chrysalis Kids and Chrysalis High, he was the joint promoter of a well known chain of schools from 2005 to 2010. In the past, Mr.Jethani has collaborated with the ICDS (Integrated Child Development Scheme), UNICEF and the World Bank in District, State and National Planning of Early Childhood Education. An MBA in Marketing from Pune University, here at Chrysalis,he heads all functions of the school.
