COLIBAN VALLEY WINES

For more than 30 years we have enjoyed sharing a "good red" over dinner. In the early 1990s we set about finding a property to produce our own fine reds. We are now proud to share these with you. Greg, with his keen interest in horticulture, runs the vineyard. Helen is the winemaker, drawing on years of experience as a microbiologist and having graduated in winemaking from the University of Melbourne... The vineyard was established in 1997, Heathcote wine region, south of Redesdale, with four hectares under vine. The plantings include Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
