Bruce T. Lamont is the Jim Moran Eminent Scholar of Business Administration and Chairperson of the Department of Management in the College of Business at Florida State University. Dr. Allen Blay

Dr. Allen Blay is the Department Chair and EY Professor in the Department of Accounting at Florida State University's College of Business. Dr. Daniel Broxterman is an associate professor and the Francis Nardozza Fellow in Real Estate in the Department of Risk Management/Insurance, Real Estate and Legal Studies at Florida State University's College of Business. He also serves as academic director of the FSU Real Estate Center. Broxterman teaches at both the undergraduate and graduate levels and co-developed real estate specializations in the college's Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Science in Finance (MSF) programs. His research combines real estate and urban economics: how demand for space in cities affects the price of real estate and how changing real estate prices affect the evolution of cities. In addition, he is developing a research program on real estate debt markets that draws on insights from his prior professional experience. His prior industry experience includes 14 years in mortgage banking and consumer finance at both growth-phase and mature, Fortune 500-listed companies. Dr. G. Stacy Sirmans is the J. Harold and Barbara M. Chastain Eminent Scholar in Real Estate in the Department of Risk Management/Insurance, Real Estate and Legal Studies at Florida State University's College of Business. His areas of teaching include financial management, investments, real estate principles, real estate investments, real estate finance, small business finance and small business financial management. Sirman's areas of research interest include real estate finance (mortgage markets), real estate investments, investment analysis and financial management. He has published extensively in the real estate and finance areas on a variety of topics and has been involved in numerous research projects for various agencies. His research has appeared in various media outlets such as the Wall Street Journal, Money Magazine, Business Week, USA Today, Kiplinger Magazine, New York Times, L.A. Times, Chicago Tribune, Miami Herald and numerous other major news outlets. In the 1980s, Sirmans served as a visiting scholar to the Federal Home Loan Bank Board in Washington, D.C. He is currently president of the American Real Estate Society and has served on the board of directors of the American Real Estate Society and the Southern Finance Association. Dr. Gary Bliss is a senior lecturer in the Department of Finance at Florida State University's College of Business. Since 2002, he has taught classes in corporate finance and quantitative methods for business decisions. He also worked during this time as senior vice president at Tallahassee State Bank, a division of Synovus Banks. Dr. J. Joseph "Joe" Cronin is the John R. Kerr Eminent Scholar Chair in Marketing and Service Innovation in the Dr. Persis E. Rockwood School of Marketing at Florida State University's College of Business. Cronin is recognized worldwide as a leading service marketing scholar, particularly in the conceptualization and measurement of service quality, service value and customer satisfaction. His article citations exceed 49,000, and in 2016, he was honored at the 100th Anniversary of Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business as the No. 1 most cited graduate of the Department of Marketing and Logistics Ph.D. Program. His co-authored 1992 Journal of Marketing article, related to the measurement of service quality, has been noted as the second most cited of all articles published in the Journal of Marketing over the last 25 years. Two other co-authored Journal of Marketing articles from 1994 and 2001 are also highly cited, and a fourth was published in 2016. A 2000 article he co-authored that contrasts the effects of service quality, service value and customer satisfaction is currently listed as one of the five most frequently downloaded Journal of Retailing article. Dr. James Ang

Dr. James Ang is a Bank of America Eminent Scholar in the Department of Finance at Florida State University's College of Business. His current research interests include various new applications in corporate finance, including human capital and patents in corporate investments and M&A, the role of social status in executive compensation, IPO design, voice for small investors and social capital in high-tech firms investments. His publications have appeared in Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of Corporate Finance and Financial Management. Stephen Bailey is a senior lecturer of real estate and legal studies in the Department of Risk Management/Insurance, Real Estate and Legal Studies at Florida State University's College of Business. Bailey teaches real estate law, real estate appraisal, real estate principles, Uniform Commerce Code (UCC) law for accounting and business law. Prior to teaching at FSU, Bailey worked as a trial attorney for a large state-wide law firm, representing owners in eminent domain cases against the government and other clients in various civil matters. He also worked as an eminent domain trial attorney for the Office of the Attorney General, representing the Department of Transportation in its acquisition of properties. Bailey's legal experiences have given him the opportunity to handle hundreds of eminent domain cases for both owners and condemning authorities. As a previously licensed Florida general appraisal instructor, Bailey is aware of many of the valuation issues and arguments made by appraisers in condemnation, real estate and family law cases. Bailey received his bachelor's degree in real estate and his law degree from Florida State University.
