At CCC we recognise that there are times when we all need a bit of help to understand our lives and to make ourselves feel better. Sometimes we might be in a crisis and don't know which way to turn. Sometimes we just need someone to talk to, someone who will listen to what we have to say. Sometimes this can help to sort things out for us... At CCC we believe that every person has the skills to help themselves, we just need to spend the time to find our own ways of coping and moving forward. CCC offers one to one counselling as well as group sessions and training days to help our clients to use their own skills for the present and for the future... Community Counselling Cooperative (CCC) provides high quality counselling services to meet the emotional and psychological needs of adults and children in Tyne Wear.
