Job Titles:
- Assistant Vice President in Singapore
Mr. Alex is responsible for the group's overall business development and fund-raising efforts outside of Japan.
He joined Creed since 2015 and prior to joining Creed, he worked in the area of business development with Singapore developers focusing on residential and hospitality asset classes.
Mr. Alex graduated with Magna Cum Laude in Bachelor of Business Management from Singapore Management University and is currently pursuing Masters in Real Estate with University of Reading.

Mr. Heri is responsible for Indonesia business development and portfolio management.
Prior to joining Creed in 2019, Mr Heri was heading Indonesia Investment of China Communication and Construction Group (CCCG) where he was responsible for deal sourcing, and investment execution in real estate and infrastructure sector.
Mr. Kamiyama （神山昌信）is responsible for business development and investment management.
Prior to joining Creed in 2007, Mr. Kamiyama had ten years experience in private equity investment at STB Investment Corporation and Nippon Venture Capital Co., Ltd.
He started his carrier at Sumitomo Trust & Banking Co., Ltd., where he was engaged in corporate finance, structured finance and project finance at the Tokyo headquarters and New York branch.
Mr. Kamiyama earned his B.A. in Sociology from Hitotsubashi University (Japan) and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (USA).
Mr. Kato （加藤周司）is responsible for project management in Cambodia and other countries.
Prior to joining Creed in 2015, he worked at UDS Ltd., Japan, where he fulfilled number of development projects. He has over 20 years of experience in architect design and real estate development sectors.
Mr. Kato earned his B.A. from Chuo University (Japan) and 1st Class Architect.
Mr. Eguchi （江口崇）is responsible for whole business activities in Cambodia, business development, deal execution and investment management in regions where no representative offices or subsidiaries are located.
Prior to joining Creed in 2004, Mr. Eguchi served as General Manager at Japan Finance Corporation, a governmental financial institution, where he was responsible for lending to SMEs, and, as a research specialist at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry where he was responsible for policy making for SMEs.
Mr. Eguchi earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Tokyo (Japan)
Mr. Yakushi （約仕知宏）is based in Tokyo and is responsible for business development, investor relations and investment management.
Prior to joining Creed, Mr. Yakushi had experience in construction and real estate development at Obayashi Construction, one of the largest construction companies in Japan and in asset management of J-REIT and private real estate funds at Ichigo Inc.
Mr. Yakushi earned his Bachelor of Laws from Hokkaido University (Japan).
Mr. Muneyoshi （宗吉敏彦）established Creed Corporation (Creed) in 1996, with the aim of achieving sustained business expansion by creating new value at the intersection of finance and real estate.
When bulk sales of non-performing loans took off in Japan, Creed launched a due diligence business and acquired a strong reputation as a company offering these services to global investment funds and investment banks. Creed also began making principal investments in income properties.
In 1999, Creed launched a real estate solution business and fund business. Subsequently in 2009, with the commencement of corporate reorganization proceedings for Creed, Mr. Muneyoshi was appointed by the Court as Trustee, (a first for an incumbent CEO). Mr. Muneyoshi successfully completed the proceedings in 2011.
Prior to founding Creed, Mr. Muneyoshi was involved in Itochu Corporation's construction and real estate business, working as a project manager.

Mr. Inoue （井上善隆）is responsible for a chief of the representative office in HCMC, Vietnam. Upon joining Creed, he initially was responsible for business development management for investor's relation and local partner.
