Southern Oregon University's North Campus Village: Construction documents and bidding were completed in March for SOU's new 700-bed student housing facility, and ground-breaking is scheduled for the end of April. The design process was complex and the schedule was demanding, but the design team worked seamlessly to meet the challenging programmatic and planning requirements.
